Ordered from the US and received the wrong book (two books had the same title and the authors both had the same first name, so a very understandable mixup). Sent an email explaining the situation and they were very quick to respond and get things all sorted out! I was more than happy with customer service and would probably shop from them all the time if it weren’t for international shipping costs :)
