Ian provided professional on site support to resolve issues with an unbalanced cube that caused us not to be able to close the doors when loading had begun. He was knowledgeable, experienced, listened and checked until satisfactorily resolved.Ian is a very good asset to this co.

My wife and I are celebrating older son's upcoming wedding later in September. Towards this, we are anticipating many family & friends to arrive from out-of-town, most of whom would be visiting us for various events we will be hosting here in the week leading up to the main event. We have a medium size townhouse, and were concerned about the available room given the numbers we were expecting. After much thought we decided it best to get a storage unit and load it with any excess furniture / bookcases / etc. that take up much of the room available. We decided to use the services of CUBEIT, and made the necessary arrangements with them to drop off the container, hired professional movers to pack and load the items into the container, and then have CUBEIT take the container back to their secure facilities to store until we are ready for it to be returned to use for unloading.The folks at CUBEIT worked with us and our dates, and made the entire process painless and stress free.Today Jerry dropped off the container in our driveway. I found him to be professional, courteous, and very witty, which I appreciated. He first asked about the best spot to drop it, how much room was required, and then he walked me around it to explain all the various features. The inside of the container was spic and span clean to the point I was shocked! Being a truck driver in my youth, I have never seen such a clean and well maintained container interior.We are now arranging for the movers to come over and do their thing, at which point we will have CUBEIT return to take the container to their storage site. I'll write up a follow-up at that point.So far, so good!
