That is how customer service is supposed to be done these guys could school the rest of the companies. Need proper service go to Noble 100%

I’ve gone to this store periodically to ask for what I consider to be a fairly common plumbing part like a toilet tank gasket. Every time I go there - they treat me like someone who is asking for a cupcake at a lumber yard. And they NEVER have what I’m looking for. Instead they condescendingly suggest I go to the manufacturer. If you’re ever looking for a “universal” plumbing part, don’t shop here. In fact, I will never shop here again - no product and unhelpful, unfriendly service.

I am a licensed millwright who has worked Hvac..did not get a gasfitters ticket...because it is covered by my trade already....Asked for an ignitor for a furnace because it broke down and we are freezing here.Guy said ya we just aren't allowed to and hung up""

If they get the idea that you are new to plumbing they will charge you $400 for a tool and apply a 50% discount and it will still be $125 more expensive than the exact same tool that's not on sale at Canadian Tire.

By far the worst wholesaler branch in the trades, stood there waiting to be served for 20 minutes as counter staff chatted away with customers who have already bought their material/parts as it was social hour. Total disregard for others time. Wont be going back, there are other options. Unbelievable.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of stock and next day delivery for parts that are not in stock.

Previous Review:The employees who work here are kind, helpful, and do their best to serve you to the best of their abilities. But it is evident that some employees are dropped in with little to no experience and are fending for themselves to gain a proper understanding of the products and how the systems work.For a Noble of its size, it shouldn't be having as many issues with stock as it does. I have gone to this Noble many times and I am certain there has not been a time I have left with everything I needed.Overall, it's alright. But there are some problems that could easily be fixed to make this place a lot more functional and better for the consumer as well as its employees.--Updated Review - 9/26/22:I have noticed an improvement in counter service the times I have gone to this Noble which is encouraging to see.However, I have still come into this Noble and left with items not available. This is understandable in regards to shortages and such, but it has also been an ongoing issue at this branch since my previous review. Albeit, not nearly as bad as before.I have increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars as I am happy to see an improvement in the things I saw previously lacking at this branch.
