We are long time cat owners and travel a lot so finding a reliable, thorough and trustworthy person to take care of our beloved pets (as well as our home, plants, mail etc) was a top priority for us when we moved to Toronto a few years ago. Sheila has been my cat sitter for the past three years. After my husband and I moved to Toronto from Pennsylvania, I needed to find a reliable person to take care of my two cats whenever we had to travel. Sheila's business card was displayed at the animal hospital I was using for my pets, so I gave her a call, and I'm so glad I did! Sheila is completely professional yet caring. It only took a few moments for my cats to trust Sheila and feel comfortable around her. She has always been available whenever I needed her services, and she lets her clients know well ahead of time when she is planning to be on vacation. I always know that my cats will be happy and well-cared for when Sheila is pet sitting for them!

My fiance and I have used Sheila a number of times now to care for our Persian cat Winston. Sheila will come to your home to meet with you in order for you to get aquainted and for her to get all of the details of your pet and their required care. Sheila is always very quick to respond to our calls or emails and we have never had an issue with availability. She will often leave me a note to let me know how Winston behaved, which I really like. I know it is much less stressful for him in our absence to be home and have Sheila pop in to care for and play with him. We will continue to use her 100% I'm so pleased I found her!

Sheila is a very kind and wonderful cat sitter. She was very attentive to his needs and meticulous about ensuring he was cared for. My cat is very shy and in the past with other sitters it was obvious how stressed he was when I returned. After my week long trip my cat seemed happy and healthy and was cuddling and purring with me immediately upon my return which made it obvious to me how well cared for he was. Sheila provided email updates regularly while I was away which helped me tremendously feeling comfortable and secure knowing my cat was in good hands and was doing well.I highly recommend Sheila and will absolutely be using her services in the future.

I used Sheila for the first time earlier this month and was very impressed with her professionalism and the service she provided. Sheila gave excellent care to my two cats including feeding, cleaning the litter, grooming them every day and giving them attention. Sheila also provided e-mail updates every few days which were very much appreciated and gave peace of mind. As well, Sheila looked after my home, tidying, bringing in mail and turning on lights, even shoveling my walkway when it snowed! As well as two happy, contented cats, my home had a lived in" feel when I returned. I will definitely use Sheila again and would highly recommend her."

We found out about Sheila's services through an Internet search in 2018 and we are so glad we did! What a delight! Our cat usually hides when anyone comes to visit. But with Sheila, she took to her right away. Each time we go away we feel completely comfortable knowing that Sheila will be visiting our cat to put out food, change her water, clean her litter, brush her, and (lucky us!) water our plants. Sheila also sends regular e-m updates following her visits. In addition, during this time of Covid-19 pandemic, Sheila has a very satisfactory protocol in place.We definitely get high quality service at a very reasonable rate. Our only regret is not having posted this recommendation sooner!
