Park Paving

Very disappointed. Received a quote in early june, signed a contract same day with a promised completion in July/August. Did not happen. Was then promised September completion, never happened. In early October was promised next week. Now in mid November... no return phone calls or messages.. Carmen simply drove by picked up his lawn sign and drove away... the only conclusion i can come to is that he was overbooked, signed me up as a backup in case he had an opening and could not even be bothered to call to say he was too busy to do the work. It is now too late to get anyone else in to do the work. Not my definition of customer service.

Carmen at Park Paving is our go-to for driveway paving . When we first needed the driveway at one of our rental properties paved a couple years ago, I gathered several quotes and spoke with each of the owners. Carmen stood out in terms of experience, knowledge and professionalism. We were extremely pleased with his team's attention to detail. This year we needed a driveway widened, and once again Carmen was a pleasure to work with. He made some excellent recommendations and we are extremely pleased with the result. Highly recommend Park Paving!

Highly recommend Park Paving. Being in the construction field myself, I can appreciate honest quality workmanship. Carmen paved my sisters driveway last year. She is very pleased with her driveway and receives many compliments from the neighbors.

We had a double driveway completed. We were very impressed with how tidy they were when removing the old driveway and how thick and solid the new base was. After 3 weeks, our driveway has been paved and looks great! A very professional crew and top notch equipment. Our paving job was coordinated through Matthew Behm Landscaping, between the two companies they are a superior team, thanks.

We hired Park Paving March 17, 2022. They paved a number of other driveways in our neighborhood. Vito the owner was very pleasant and personable. He took the time to explain the process and provided information about the type of materials or products they use (limestone and not recycled gravel), also for durability HL3 commercial grade asphalt.I spoke with and saw one of our neighbors driveway who used Park Paving approximately 5 years. That neighbor has a background in construction, therefore I knew I could trust his opinions and advice. He said they were very satisfied with Park Paving and from what I saw, their driveway is holding up well.During the digging up, removal of the old asphalt and rolling to level the limestone, Vito's crew were careful, professional and informative.They were planning to return to complete our driveway in April or May, 2022. However, we had other driveway related projects that had to be completed prior to them coming back. In addition, the more time, the better to allow the limestone to compact.Our driveway was completed August 12, 2022. Again, Vito's crew took the same care and exhibited the professionalism I expected.We are very pleased with the workmanship and our new driveway.Thank you Vito, our crew. I would seriously consider another company if you want a quality product. Promised best grade of asphalt and a quality job, far from the truth. Carmen didn’t even stay around for the completion of the job once I handed him the money. No follow up to see if I was satisfied or to check on the finished product, I have a lot of issues that I know will show up as soon as we get the first frost. As for the customer service, Carmen was back in the neighbourhood a week later and didn’t even stop to look. So in closing if you are thinking of using this company I would advice you to check some of their previous work........my mistake I just took a neighbours word. Park parking did my driveway October 2020Good group of workers, good machinery, got the job done. Went with the most expensive quote hoping for the best quality! Park Paving completed a beautiful job on my driveway in May 2020 and still looks amazing. With no hesitation, I recommended them to my in-laws as well. They too were extremely pleased with their driveway. Such a pleasant group of workers starting with our sales person Vito who reviewed our options and provided his recommendation. Carmen came to my house, we negotiated a fair price and he was right on time. He's a pleasant, honest man. His employees are friendly and extremely neat. I would HIGHLY recommend Park Paving.
