Burnt taste. Went to return in 15 minutes. He said issue is higher nicotine. I asked to change juice andHe mentioned that juice are final sale. Then I asked to change vape device as it is under 90 days warrenty as per his conversation beforeI bought. He said that issue is not device so he did not changed that also. He asked me to buy more juice and dilute. I already spend $61 and asking me to spend more. Worst service and worst flavours ever.Never visit this location. Try to find better places. Worst place ever visited.

In contrast to other stores that also offer custom juices, this particular store stands out due to its extensive range of options.

This is my go to place for vape juice. Let me explain lol you can customize your juice to your liking (nictotine strength) and make any juice a nic salt (if you vape salt) The unsalted line is my go to it is a must try. They make the juices in house so you will be getting a fresh juice and the variety is great. Only place I can get a 5mg of nice salt! Oh and they deliver 35$ orders get you free delivery. They also have a point system for every purchase which then you can convert to actual money towards a purchase! Yes actual money for vape juice or whatever you like on their site or in store. Definitely a must try for vapers!

Called and asked if they had tester bottles that I could test before buying. Answer was “yes we do”. Wasted my time driving in traffic only for the lady to tell me I can only smell the tester bottle juices. Absolute waste of my time. Horrible experience, not expected from Dashvapes. Please train your employees on more effective communication. Testing a juice does not mean smelling the juice. Just a bit of advice.

Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at any vape store in the GTA. I came in looking for a new device because my older unit wasn’t holding up anymore. I was immediately greeted by Joana who was extremely knowledgable about all the products and gave me great recommendations on some different devices I’m not used to. Previously a Uwell only user, but thanks to Joana I am loving my new Vaperesso!

Claiming this as store would a gross understatement as it truly should be sold and marketed as an experience. This enterprise, provides service first, and products second. It felt as though I was part of a one on one engaging course with the store associate Tevin about vaping history, culture, juice development, machines, mods and pods, in addition to being able to sample specifically selected flavours by him, as he was extremely attentive and inquisitive to my preferences , desires and expectations. I was taken back how he not only handle my needs exceptionally well , but that of the other patrons in the shop at the same time. As far as customer service is concerned, this gentleman was a stand out. Not only would I return to this store, but would be inclined to visit any of their chain stores Canada wide because of the experience I was a part of during my visit. Shouts out to exceptional service and a brand supporter who’s frankness, honesty and sheer knowledge was second to none. Very impressed.

“Brendan P” is absolutely terrible at customer service and is utterly disrespectful. I understand that all it takes to work here is 1/10th of a brain and he needs this job to play video games in his moms basement but there needs to be better training and customer management in place. Never coming back or will be buying from DashVapes again. Absolutely ridiculous.
