Appointment canceled due to power outage - totally understand. Was not called prior to appointment, was told when we showed up.Receptionist apologized and told us she would be able to fit us in tomorrow, since we drove all the way in for our appointment. Was told all appointments were going to be honoured today (Dec 24th)We called at opening (8:30) to be told they are fully booked until 2PM and they would not be able to accommodate.I was upset to be lied too, and Michelle who I was speaking to on the phone told me she did not care because she did not own the place.Was later called by the owner at 10AM saying they were fully booked until 4PM (sounding like they added on two more hours of business after our original call at 8:30AM)Very disappointed, as we could have rebooked other places in advance if they were honest with us.I will never go back again.

Spoke to receptionist to bring a gift card to florist next door for my mom's grand birthday. She was supper helpful and I appreciate the over and above services.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!! Owners/management are scam artists. The owner broke my ring and they took accountability for it, said they would pay to repair it in full and turned around being extremely rude and only paid $150. Terrible service, my entire family and friends will never return.

First timer here. I had a very relaxing and wonderful pedicure by Sasha and then a much needed eyebrow wax. She was wonderful. Great experience.

(2021) This was my first salon experience and I am SO happy with their service and my experience. Justina did an amazing job cutting my hair into the exact style I wanted (which was vastly different than what it had been for 15+ years). I felt like she really took care in her work and will be requesting her again when it comes time for my next visit.Update 2022: Went back to see Justina for my annual hair cut. I am yet again so pleased with her work. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. The salon was nice and quiet for my Friday evening appointment, and all of the staff members were pleasant to talk to.

Justina was awesome! She fixed a very bad home hair cut .. I am very grateful that they were able to get me in so quickly. I will be going back!

Been going to this salon for over two years with no bad experience but one. I went in with two reference pictures and did not get anything close to what we had agreed upon. I explained how I felt my hair was dead and wanted to go darker. The stylist ended up bleaching my hair with foils. My foils were uneven, I had thick and thin foils and bleach bleed. I went back the same Day with my complaints and was told to come back another day to add more foils and bleach. I was so unhappy I called back the next day to speak to the owner with him also telling me to come in for my scheduled appointment. When I went back the owner came over looking at my hair brushing it every which way. He then said that there was nothing wrong with my hair and if I want it to get fixed I would have to pay. I had already paid $244 and was not happy and unable to wear my down and have been in a hat I showed him all the picture I took of my hair showing how bad the application was with him telling me that he can’t tell by a picture but he see nothing wrong with my hair. My hair ended up getting fix with no charge. I would not recommend this salon nor will I ever go back.

I would give Zero stars if I could. Very disappointed in the bad customer service. I will never book here again. Luckily a lot of new places have opened in town.
