We have been with Originelle since July 2021 but since Deana became our nurse in June 2022 the level of care we receive has significantly improved. Deana is an incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated nurse. Going through IVF is a difficult process, and it makes such a difference when you have someone you can reach out to with questions. We have had many complications on our fertility journey and were beginning to lose hope. Since our first meeting, Deana has gone above and beyond to research my issues and make recommendations to help improve our chances. She checks in regularly to see how I’m doing and even gave me her personal cell number in case I had questions after hours or on the weekends. Deana was the one who discovered an issue with my thyroid that had been overlooked by my previous doctors. She has been instrumental in coordinating my treatment with a specialist and preparing me for IVF. We are finally going to be attempting a FET next month and I don’t feel like we would be in this position without Deana’s constant support. She is simply the best and she is 100% the reason I would recommend Originelle Fertility Clinic without hesitation.

Absolutely terrible service. Clinic is sketchy and keeps forgetting to log appointments. My friend was sent all the way to Montreal for a procedure today only to be told that her appointment was not scheduled, and I am so frustrated for her that I felt compelled to write a review. People going through the fertility process do not deserve this! Would not recommend.

Worst experience from a fertility clinic! Very unorganized! First of, they booked me for an ultrasound and sent me at the wrong place and blamed it on me saying I should of asked for the location (even if it was written in the confirmation email). Then came my follow up appointment via zoom. Since I did not receive any link, I contacted the receptionnist to get one, and they said that they will call me later (which they never did and mind you, had to take the day off). The straw that broke the camels back was when I was scedule for a hysteroscopie in Montreal (2 hours drive) and they did not have my appointment in their system. i would stay away! Definatly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I want to note that this review is solely in regards to our experience with the nurses at Originelle.Specifically Deana. This woman has been a God-sent for this clinic as My husband and I were on the verge of giving up when Deana joined the practice. We were having a hard time dealing with the lack of empathy and support we desperately needed from this clinic and we were so glad that Deana arrived when she did. After deciding that IVF was not the right step for us because getting pregnant was not our issue, Dr Tan basically told us there was nothing more they could do for us and to let the clinicknow if we ever get pregnant again. Take that to mean what you will. Thankfully shortly after we found out we were pregnant and Deana immediately just made herself available as I trust shedid with all of the clients she took on. she had us come in for a one on one session where she explained what was gonna happen over the next 9 months. she gave us all the necessary requisitions and spent the time to find us an OB to pass on our care. We are almost at the end of this pregnancy and I truly don't know what this experience would look like without her.

After 8 years of trying and being with another clinic, we can to be more satisfied with Originelle Fertility Clinic since we got referred in march. We highly recommend this clinic at 100%. They are kind and make sure you are their priority, even though they have many patients. But this review is not only how amazing in general the staff is but the nurses. Deana is the nurse that was assigned to us and she is wonderful, on queue, sympathetic and patient. She makes sure you understand and okay through out the whole experience. She checks in regularly. She is 100% in the right field and you can see she does it out of passion. We are so blessed she is part of this journey with us and makes us feel like we are part of her family.

OriginElle has been wonderful. Deana, Dr. Tan and the staff have really helped me through this entire process. They provide one on one nutrition guidance, are quick to answer all questions whenever something comes up and make me feel at ease. I have received treatment from other clinics, but this team is exceptional. I am not just a number. Deana has been a tremendous help and truly has my back. Thank you.

I do not recommend this clinic. At first everything seemed fine, but overnight Deana changed her attitude toward us. The clinic was constantly closed (light closed, nobody there) on the days of our appointments. We never had an apology from them for the multiple no shows. There were also dosage and date errors in the procedures we received. We were ready to start an IVF cycle with them but after several mistakes on their part, several excuses to justify their mistakes, and constantly blaming us, we decided not to give any more dollars to this clinic. It's a risk to take, one day it can be the best clinic for you and the other day it can be the worst. You do not want this kind of service when it's a question of health and thousands of dollars.Oh and during our 6 months journey with them, we saw the doctor only 1 time?!?! The clinic where we are right now, we see the doctor 2 times per week.

My experience at OriginElle has been nothing short of wonderful and that credit goes a 100% to the two person staff at the Ottawa location: Naz and Deana. One thing about Deana that really resonated with me is that she is kind and generous with her time and wisdom. When you are going through a fertility journey no matter for how long, you want those around you to be kind, especially because the journey itself is full of ups and downs. All this to say- if you go with Deana at Originelle, she’ll take care of you. She’ll go above and beyond.

Deana (fertility nurse and clinical director) is fantastic. She came along when we started losing hope and finally started getting us some positive results. We would highly recommend Deana as a fertility nurse to anyone looking for help. She's not afraid to do the research and reach out to others, and her endless support goes a long way in keeping a positive mindset.

My wife and I were refereed to Originelle by our OBGYN friend after suffering two losses and a late loss. Even with the clinic being based in Montreal, we were able to acquire on one on one advice and tests done in Ottawa. The RN assigned to us, Deana, went beyond the pale to provide advice, testing and consults after hours and on weekends. Through her efforts and those of the surgical team in Montreal we were able to discover several fertility issues and have them addressed extremely efficiently and effectively. The team, and especially Deana are extremely knowledgeable, cooperative and open to dialog. Lifestyle and supplement advice also solved my issue following a protocol that Deana suggested after many consults. We are still clients for the moment but are hopeful that our issues will be resolved and if not that Originelle and their staff will support us going forward.
