Buyer be aware. Tried to place an online wreath order on Monday morning, for a Wednesday evening local delivery to a funeral home in Markham. Glitch in the online system not accepting postal code. Florist requesting extra $50 fee for the same order, over the phone and a 24 hours notice.

Their website said the Tulsi is 5.99$ per 100 grams, I drove all the way out there and they made it 12$ per 100 grams. Be careful with this place.

I ordered for Mother's Day on the website, mother's day bouquet medium size. Really impressed with the size and quality of the flowers. Easy check out process, delivered within the time they promised. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service. We reached out to Pookadai florist nearly 4-5 months prior to our wedding and they executed our vision perfectly. The owner is very knowledgeable and he know his flowers well. He is always open to feedback and is very reassuring. He crafted a gorgeous bridal bouquet for me. We have also ordered wedding garlands, jasmine flowers and loose flowers for the wedding. Everything was packed and ready for pickup on time. Flowers were fresh. We would highly recommend Pookadai Florist to future couples!

We ordered some flowers and banana leaf as we had Ganpati pooja on Saturday. I collected them Friday late evening.The leaf was rolled in brown paper which the lady removed from their fridge. I took them home without opening or damaging it. It took me about 30mins to reach home after coming home I open n found the leaf was torn hence I immediately contacted but no one answered.Next morning we had pooja so contacted in the afternoon.The lady who answered my called firstly was least interested later she said the employee who gave me checked before handing it to me and when I told them to check their CCTV she said blamed me that I would have damaged it in my car. Now I have been buying banana leaf back home since I was a kid n I know to handle care of it and accusing me to hide your mistakes makes no sense.I even told them I wouldn’t be buying because of such a bad customer service the lady was happy about it kept the call.

Mixed feelings.First time experience buying flowers for my son's rice ceremony. Since it wasn't a big event we didn't order in advance. However, we informed them that the ritual was to be performed at Toronto Durgabari, so need fresh flowers for Devi Puja as well.The button rose garlands were fresh and so were the carnations (3rd pic)... must say beautiful collection and variety of colors.Customers service is also fast, efficient and impressive.However, the disappointment came in with the tuberose. My plan was to sew up a tuberose garland for my son, myself, using those. Though the boxes were in the freezer, when I opened them later in the night (for the Puja was next day), the flowers turned out to be soggy and transparent.We again had to rush to another store late night to get fresh white tuberose and make the garland. We stay far away from Scarborough, going back all the way was not easy !! (2nd pic is garland from fresh flowers, compared to soggy flowers in the boxes which got wasted).... I wish they had informed us, or given us fresh stock when we purchase almost $90 flowers for the ceremony.
