I had the pleasure of working with Alissia and Shoon at the car dealership yesterday. Their service was impeccable and I couldn't be happier with my new SUV. Alissia was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the different options and packages available to me. She was also very friendly and went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Shoon was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and was quick to answer any questions I had. Finally, Carol, the finance manager, was a huge help. She made the entire process simple and stress free. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. My husband and I were very happy with the service that Sanjae provided when we purchased. He initially approached us while looking at a vehicle outside to answer any questions we had, which ultimately lead us back to him when we had decided to purchase. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made us feel comfortable.We were also introduced to one of the Managers, Cameron, whom was very personable and professional as well. He addressed all of our questions/concerns and ensured we were happy with all details within the purchasing process.Carol, the financial services manager, was also a pleasure. She explained things thoroughly and made the last bit of the process very seamless.

Had a great experience at Georgetown Volkswagen . Coming from the automotive sales field , I had high expectations for this dealership and I’m happy to say my expectations were exceeded . I inquired about a 2019 Volkswagen GTI . I was contacted via text by Sanjae who gave me the details on the vehicle . The golf was priced great . I came by on a Saturday after me and sanjae had scheduled a time . Sanjae was a great guy to speak with , never any pressure into closing a sale and it felt more like a conversation then a transaction. The vehicle was great and we had went ahead with the deal . We then met Carol the F&I manager and she was an amazing person to deal with. My credit was subpar but Carol has gotten me approved same day and gave me the privilege of fixing my credit . That made me a lot happier then the vehicle itself ! I had ask for the vehicle to get some touch up work done along with a fender to be fixed and they honoured that and had it up to the standard I was expecting . Overall a very good experience with Georgetown Volkswagen and they will earn my business once again when the time is right . Also shout out to the sales manager who came to check in on me on delivery day and also assisted me in putting some of the extra parts in the trunk , the little things go a long way !

There wifi for you to connect to if need be and sitting room to wait for ur car being serviced. I like looking at the cars on display in the show room. The people here are very nice here and understanding!!

Recently purchased a new 2023 Tiguan and had the pleasure of dealing with Sanjae the salesman and Hisham the business manager. You could see the passion in Sanjae’s eyes and overall demeanour that this is a job he thoroughly enjoys and loves. Once we were done with Sanjae it was off to see Hisham to button up the deal. All of our options were presented to us with no high pressure sales tactics. We had a budget to stick to and Hisham respected that. Overall a 5/5 experience. First car & a wonderful experience. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and a few other specs I was very particular about. Jesse placed me in the perfect vehicle, 2019 Tiguan. He was very knowledgeable about the car there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Also, Hisham explained me very well about the purchase terms and ensured the buying experience was stress free & pleasant. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.

The VW Georgetown team are awesome! Several of the team members maintained good communication with me as I was waiting for my Jetta 2023 to arrive at the dealership! The whole experience from ordering my car to pick up was fantastic!
