I go here for all my local MTB needs… gear, bikes and advice. The owner and the staff are so helpful. I can’t recommend them more highly. If it’s your first time of a mountain bike or you are a skilled rider, this team will help you out with great advice and products.

Purchased a bike, accessories for my granddaughter, the service, trust is second to none! I have been too many bikes stores in North America with a partner that did triathlon's and this bike shop's personal attention and trust, care (take the bike try it and if she doesn't like it return it) WOW!!

Just want to say a big thanks to the awesome service this shop gave this past Sunday. My son had tore the rear derailleur and bent some spokes while we were riding on the paved road towards Cumberland. I think the damage to the derailleur happened the day before on a trail and it went unnoticed until it ripped off and damaged the wheel. I went to this shop and was prepared to buy the tools and parts I needed to fix it, slightly annoyed that everything I needed was back home...in Alberta. The guy and his son were just opening up and they invited me in and offered their wheel truing stand and tools. The bike was older and they did not have a new derailleur so they offered a box of used parts. My brother in law searched and found the part we needed while I trued the wheel. $9 later with a fixed wheel, a new cable and used Sram derailleur we were on our way. Could have been a Sunday with no more riding and an expensive vacation repair. And they filled us in on the rides to take my young nephews on. I love customer service that goes the extra mile. Thanks again.

Popped in yesterday (Monday) and learned that it’s not a typical open day for them but a other shops are closed this day. No rush to get us out the door even at closing, such a welcome touch to business, will definitely frequent and support knowing it goes both ways.

The guys at Beaufort Cycles were extremely kind and helpful with helping me rent a bike for myself and bike seat for my toddler. They recommended and even better toddler seat than I was looking for and stayed after hours to install it for me! Amazing service, great product knowledge and extremely kind and accommodating! We’ll definitely be back, these guys are the best!

Great experience with the Beaufort team!I have an older mountain bike and know I live in the greatest biking backyard, but these guys treated me like a normal customer and took care of my old beast. It may be a simple service but it goes a long way. Thanks guys! Really appreciate the help.

The bike was in poor condition (shifting randomly and most pivot points creaking). When I brought up the issues with the bike after the ride, the guy just told me, “ya that’s just how it is”. Not cool. If they were nice about it, I wouldn’t write a bad review. But he was pretty rude AND the biking experience was frustrating. Also - the brakes were installed backwards so I had to switch them when we got to the trailhead.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. So grateful for their bike service. Brake cable was almost fully snapped. I brought my bike in an hour or so before close. The guy got my bike fixed up and ready for my ride the following day. Quick turn around, very welcoming and willing to help me out. Such a good experience and is now my go-to shop and recommendation in Cumberland. Thanks guys!

I rented a full suspension bike a couple weeks ago! It was a great experience! Darren gave great recommendations for trails and showed us on the map where to go. He was patient and inclusive with the language he was using when he was explaining the rear shock. Thanks again!
