Got not stuff there

if i could have given less than a 1 star i would haveOkay so i though using a travel agent was meant to make your trip easy with no worries and you get pretty much everything you want out of the destination that you choose.... Well that was definitely not our experience with Maritime Travel at all...1.) went we got the email copy of our itinerary my boyfriends last name was completely wrong and the year of my birth was wrong. inconvenient but fixable and was done before the trip so not a huge deal..2.) when we landed we were not registered to go to our resort. the Airline had us on their list but when we got to the bus/resort we were not on any list our only saving grace was that we had our booking information with us or we may have not even gotten a room..3.) we asked for an ADULTS ONLY resort and wow we could no have gotten farther from it i swear there were more kids at this one then i have ever seen before.4.) things we were told that would be in our room that was not there at all (coffee maker, bath robes, mini bar)5.) we also though we were booking the top resort so that we could go anywhere on the resort have as many a al carts that we would like (we only got 5) we were at the bottom of the totem pole and could barely go anywhere on the resort.was definitely not a good experience and for the money that we paid for the trip totally not worth it... we will not be using their services again... i would rather take the risk and do it myself instead of relying on someone to help you get your dream vacation and be completely let down when you get there...

You would think you wherein Mexico..Margaritas prices are super high..did not have one..Pacifico was good
