I googled the term “customer service” and a bunch of photos of Don and his team from 1010Tires Langley came up!All jokes aside, Don and his team are the real deal. Not often these days do you see a business in the customer service industry, especially the car industry, go above and beyond to simply care for and aid their customers despite the time nor cost they’re sacrificing.I had an incident on the road which caused my front driver side wheel to fully crack through alongside popping the tire completely; it also warped my rear tire to where it was no longer safe to be on the road. I towed my car to 1010Tires Langley in the middle of the night and called Don and his team first thing in the morning to explain the situation. By the end of the day, Don had set me up with a replacement wheel, and also manufactured a makeshift spare to get me back on the road knowing I needed the car for work - he and his team stayed an additional hour, on their accord, to make this all happen without me even knowing until I picked up the car. Within a week, he had my replacement wheels installed back on my car as if the incident never happened.To Don and the team, I know you don’t seek praise or gratitude, but thank you for everything.

I went in on a Friday last week and talked to Eric about getting me some new wheels and tires for my ride. Told him which wheels I was wanting to try out and a tire that I had in mind. He warned me about some issues this particular tire was having since it was relatively new to the market and pointed me toward a better alternative. In his wisdom he also told me I should replace my TPMS sensors as they are approaching the end of their life span. Good call on his part as they started acting up the very next day. My tires and wheels arrived in a very fast manor and install for all four wheels was sub 40 minutes. Everything looks great and the car rides smooth as ever. I will definitely go back for future needs.I have also used them in the past for patching my tires and I ended up having 2 nails in my one tire (one of them was hidden). So they said “well we already have the tire off so we’ll just do the one for free”. They’re very fair and kind people.

I purchased my summer set from here and I love it. I've owned numerous wheels/ tires and tried out different shops but my experience here was great! I've never owned a set of summer tires so I didn't really know what to search for. Eric was super helpful right from the beginning. He always responded to my messages quickly and gave me great advice when choosing the right tires and wheels for my vehicle. I wasn't sure if the spacers I had was going to fit but Eric and the team were nice to install and uninstall them since it did not fit the vehicle well. I really appreciated their advice to keep my vehicle safe. They could have just let me go but they took the extra time to uninstall the spacers at no extra cost. I live in Richmond but I drove all the way to Langley because I've heard so many good things about Eric and his team. I definitely agree with them and I would strongly recommend them to everyone!

Went here for a tire replacement for a damaged tire. I called and Eric had the tire there the next day. The tire was a bit delayed in arriving and Eric called me before I left to let me know and rebooked me for an hour laterService was great, efficient and of high standard. I will be returning for all my future tire needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service by the entire staff at 1010Tires. They've helped me to get new winter tires installed for an upcoming trip to Alberta. Special thanks to the store manager Don for helping me find the tires I was looking for. I know this was a difficult task considering almost all the tire shops and places I've gone to literally had nothing available.

Eric from 1010 tires in Langley best customer service and sales around. I hit up about 10 different tire shops looking for spacers and tires and a lot got back to me but none as quick and action-oriented as Eric, he got the message within a day and was quick to get me over to the shop to take a look. Eric knows tesla and tires and I highly recommend his service. He made my Tesla look exactly what I wanted (wider and more aggressive stance) while keeping my family super safe! Thank you Eric you have my business (since I also got the extended warranty on tires). Highly recommend!

Bought a new set of tires from Eric. Super easy to deal with. Great guy and knowledgeable. Tires mounted and balance in about 30min. He went through some details with me with the tires. My wheels were mounted without any scratches. Did the drive from downtown to Langley. Would do it again. Great work.
