Upper Gage Dental Centre

I'm a horrible patient. I have a ton of questions because of some allergies I have and a bad experience with my previous dentists. Because of this I haven't been to a dentist in sooooo long. As a result, I have some issues with my teeth. I had to pick a new dental office and Upper Gage Dental Centre was where I landed.I couldn't have picked a better place. Everyone was patient with me and my 1,000 questions. My dentist Greg, took the time to explain everything to me and what he was doing when he was doing it. The receptionists are polite and friendly, I get reminders of my appointments, and I'm happy to say my mouth doesn't hurt any more. If you're looking for a new dentist this is the place!!!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences from upper gage dental, from billing issues to customer relations.For example getting charged for procedures that were not performed.As soon as you walk in it’s a very uncomfortable toxic environment, the receptionists are extremely miserable and won’t even smile or greet you in a professional matter.I will be finding a better more professional dentist for my family and I.

On time, nice staff, gentle on teeth. A lot of rooms to service people. Recently ordered a mouth guard (my dog ate the first one) and I got in within a couple of weeks; camera pictures will produce a 3D print guard in 2 weeks at my next appointment. Very cool how technology has changed over the years.

I have been going to Upper Gage dental since I moved here. They have several dental hygienist, booking a cleaning is super fast and easy. Especially love that they use text to notify, as often times I am not able to answer my phone due to work. I also had fillings done on my molars and it was very quick and efficient! Most of the time I get out of the office within the hour. The office is very bright and clean, and I usually don't have to wait too long. They are pretty on time with their patients so you won't see a ton of people waiting because of delays. They are also not pushy to get things done and only suggest what you need. They accept most insurance as well, and they will send it in for you.

Dr. Rawa did a painless removal of my tooth.He is a highly skilled dentist and a fantastic person to know.

Very dissatisfied with this dental business. Only use them is you want to wait a year for a basic cleaning. They waste your time and energy! At all costs find somewhere else to go. Poor customer service. Unrealistic booking options and no respect for your time or appointments!

The office is kept clean and organized, the staff is very helpful, friendly and great with children. They are very understanding and help you to get the best possible experience you can have at a dentist appointment.

This place is awesome, and that's coming from someone who's deathly afraid of going to the dentist. They're very kind and patient with people who are leery of getting dental work done. If you're nervous about dentistry, these are the folks you should see. They'll take great care of you and your teeth!

Immensely disappointed. I did a lot of research on the best dentist in Hamilton and i found upper gage dental to be the best! Until i called to make an appointment. With social anxiety making calls is hard for me. Especially when it comes to rude ignorant people who are not very professional. Their receptionist (Nicky/Nikki) was absolutely horrible she has no regards for anyone. All she did was scream and curse at me! I would love to try making an appointment with this dentist and his team if they changed their receptionist!!! 100%.Thank you

I just wanted to thank all the staff that looked after me on my recent first visit.Very clean clinic, I was in alot of discomfort and they didnt know this but usually I have the the gas when I see the dentist but this time I just had to get it looked after. They were prompt,professional and very friendly. Found the issue immediately. Thanks to them I can enjoy my holidays! Highly reccomend to anyone.
