Great place to live in Halifax area, close to many stores and restaurants, building manager and assistant keep the building very clean and are there to help in any way they can.

Great place to live and great management. If there’s any problem they are ready to help right away. We enjoy living here!

I have friends that live here, The apartment is very well kept and clean. The parking lot could use some new paint as it’s quite hard to see where to park. Overall the building is very nice and in a great location.

Looked at this property over 9 months ago and didn’t look as good as it does now. Whoever are the supers are doing a wonderful job and have certainly cleaned up the interior and exterior

Friends live here, building is very clean, well kept. New assistant is very friendly and helpful, would definitely live there if I needed an apartment, highly recommend!

The apartment itself was quite nice and very spacious, and the building was in good condition. Each unit includes a dishwasher, fridge, and washer/dryer. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are quite large, and most or all units include a balcony. The bedroom closet is also quite spacious which was nice.There is outdoor and underground parking available, with underground being a bit more expensive.The landlords leave something to be desired. I had a leak in my ceiling and it took them two weeks to get someone in to fix it.

Wonderful and calm apartment to live. Managers are really good. Clean common areas.

I've been livin in the 76 farifax units for a good 15 years. I can say that they've only improved over the years with the staff they have runnin the building. James is beyond awesome as a buildiing manager, best that's ever been here, they also added a dedicated person to maintain the public area's of the building. Her name escapes me, but she's from Newfoundland, so yeah, super friendly, polite and helpful. Such a nice person to have here.i give these 2 people 5 stars. however, due to yearly rent increases instead of 1 every 3 years, due to greed and greed alone, i'm only giving 4 stars. Nothing at all to do with the staff running the building, that's at the higher up people.

Family of mine lives at this location - building is very clean and well kept. Dog friendly and location is a bonus. Visitor parking needs to be distinguished better.
