I purchased 2021 GMC Sierra. I received excellent service from beginning to end of my purchase. Jeremy Van Keul and Aziz Barazi were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the truck. They were very patient and highly skilled. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle at John Bear dealership in St. Catharines.

First time with John Bear GMC and what a very pleasing experience. I dealt with Aziz Barazi (sales specialist) and was very impressed by his listening skills and patience with me. He offered a very fair deal on my new 2023 Denali Ultimate truck and took all the time needed to answer my concerns and to go over all the features the truck had to offer. Keaton (finance) and Jeremy (manager) were also excellent to work with to get closure on this deal. My hats off to all of you for making this purchase one of the best experiences I have ever had in 25 years (and several trucks later). Our tremendous appreciation and gratitude goes out to Sales Representative Shirley (Queen Bee) Griff as she was able to turn our negative situation into a huge positive experience.Regrettably, our family vehicle was destroyed in a freak accident, and even though the accident was not our fault, our insurance company only went so far in making our loss whole. Financially, our family would be out of pocket with our attempts to replace our vehicle, and worse, there was pressure in finding an immediate replacement solution.We found John Bear through AutoTrader and even though it was late on a Saturday, we had immediate customer attention by Shirley. She took the time to understand our predicament and within 30 minutes she assisted us with in-depth vehicle replacement options. (test drives, vehicle information, etc.) We left John Bear on that Saturday feeling good about our possible solutions, yet, we conducted our due diligence and decided to shop around. Well...you know the story about the first wedding dress.....after 48 hours of not so attentive assistance...we returned to Shirley's professional care at John Bear. I had a wonderful experience at John Bear with the sales and finance team when buying my 2023 Trailblazer!! I originally only went into the dealership to look at pricing and browse at what my options were… But thanks to Danny and Tyler, they were able to get me a amazing deal I couldn’t turn down! They treated me like family and included me in every step a long they way! I’m so grateful for everyone that I was able to interact with!

you can tell they don't like the other Chev dealer.I've had 3 dealings with John Bear. One of the vehicles we own cant be serviced but them ( even though its a Chev).When i asked if they could tell me what dealer can help, they said call the other Chev dealer"When asked 'would you have their address or number?" they said "no you have to look it up"you can tell they hate the other dealer.. and its evidenced by the staff that answer the phone.Really petty and yet another reason why most people have a poor opinion of car dealers."

This was our first experience with John Bear Buick GMC and I don’t think it will be our last. We bought a used van that we saw online and first dealt with Sam who was very helpful and kept us updated with the progress on our purchase. We ran into a few issues after receiving the vehicle and that is when the Used Vehicle Manager, Danny C, really made our purchase a great experience. Danny really cares about customer service and assisted us in getting everything sorted. He turned what could have been a big headache into a pleasant experience and we appreciated his commitment to making things right. We don’t live in the area but would start our hunt for our next vehicle here! Thanks Danny and Sam!

Had a coolant flush 5 months ago I don't put a lot of kms on my truck. Now there is a coolant leak due to a clamp that is worn out. Instead of replacing clamps or hoses and letting me know they were due at the time, now I have to have another coolant flush as part of the repair. She even said to take it back to the place I had the coolant flush done to replace the clamp. I got it done there! Tried to call the service manager and left a message... no response. I sent an email responding to a message saying if I'm not satisfied to let them know... no response

Had a great experience with Shirley. We went out in a used vehicle. Very nice ride, she was great and got all the answers that we were looking for. Called insurance and it would cost more than what we pay now. So needless to say now looking for a hybrid vehicle.
