The owner is very disrespectful. They were opened for the whole 2 years of the COVID 19 Pandemic. Customers going in and out as they please. They were opened even after the media announcing that unessential stores should be closed. Very selfish!!!

Good store, no witch hazel in stock and poor selection for wax burning pots (they don't burn sugar) lady went from being incredibly nice and helpful to instantly mad when she realized I wasn't buying a wax burning pot from her because I needed a special one from the store down the street.

Went to nina nail supply to get some nail products she was really nice and welcoming and helpful and answered all my questions and even reminded me of some of the stuff I needed but forgot about you won’t be disappointed if you go there for nail supply they have everything you need beautiful acrylic powders everything you could possible need they have it all

Lady was rude to me. Prices are ok-look a bit too good to be true. Gel nail dried out after 1 month use for my gf. Not sure if we got unlucky/product was old/product was counterfeit. All in all you guys can go try if you want. Most positive reviews for this place seem to be their real life friends and not real objective customers. Go at your own risk or buy from reputable stores.

The best esthetic/nail tech wholesale shop. Great prices, lots of selection of product lines. Very friendly and always helpful staff, nice very well organized and clean store. I also love that Nina often has product demo days with a product rep to show step by step hands on info/technique for new products. As well as the awesome staff there offer to help you in your selection or explain tips or demonstrate a new product you may not be familiar with, but are interested in purchasing. I highly recommend checking out Nina Nai Supplies, such great customer service!!

went here for the first time today and was incredibly impressed! The lady who served me (Hailey) was very pleasant and patient in helping me make selections on items. she respected my budget and didn't try to push the most expensive item on me. I left feeling pleased with my purchase and will defenitly be going back. I would highly recommend this store.

I purchased a monomer from them about a month ago due to a last min stock up I need to do my friends nails. Today I went to remove her set and as I did I noticed that the product wasn’t flaking off yet it was a sticky, glue like texture. Only difference between what I usually use on clients and her was the monomer I had purchased.

Been meaning to go here and today was the day, the staff are all very friendly and professional!!! They do not hover over you and help you when you need it, the store was well organized an lovely to browse for what you need. I will be going here from now on only because I have been to another place close to this one an the service there was nothing compared to the service I received at this location. Oh an its open to the public anything you need you will find it here. Thank you guys for the awesome shopping experience.
