Affordable Towing Service Vancouver - 24 Hour Tow Truck Company

The service was excellent, except they didnt disclose all the charges. I called them and asked for a jump start service, I specifically told them it was an underground parking, and they gave me a quote. It was lower than a couple of other places I called. So i confirmed an appointment and gave my credit card details over the phone. After the service, I asked them to send an invoice for my records. They had sneakily charged me 35 bucks more without telling me. Apparently it was underground charges that was introduced that day. ::shrug::And the total came out to be more than the places I called earlier. I would love to give 1 star, but since the service was good i am giving 3. If you can pay up front somehow, do it, else... not sure if i would trust them.

I was stuck and didn't know who to call. They arrived right away when I phoned Affordable Towing Service Vancouver - 24 Hour Tow Truck Company. They were quite polite in addition to helping me out. I was pleased with their services and my car was safely taken back to my house.

I called this towing company at around 9:30pm. 90 minutes later a tow driver came. While he was working on my car he was on his phone chatting and laughing and half of his time he was working with one hand. At around 11:10pm my car was towed. It's like 2km in distance. I paid $180 including tip and I was late for 11:30pm work.

I had called this company at 6pm, I was assured a driver would come in 45 minutes. I then called to see how long it would be after waiting 45 minutes.I was told to wait another 30 minutes. Then the tow truck driver called me and said he would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I called the tow truck driver and he said his truck wasn’t working. I believe they had too much on their plate and couldn’t give me a straight answer.2 plus hours I have been waiting. I called back to cancel with the tow truck driver and they wouldn’t answer the phones. The police who also waited along side called busters who proved to be alot more reliable. Following this a subcontracted company “aria” tow company has showed up and became verbal with me demanding I pay a cancellation fee. I started to callThe police and after this and the fellow drove off.

Very pleased with the service's promptness and effectiveness. After my car was struck by another car on a Friday night at 8:00, I called them. Within 10 minutes, they were able to arrive, and I was quickly on my way again. Very pleased with the way they handled the situation, and I heartily recommend them!.

Called this place late at night for a emergency tow cause my car broker down in downtown Vancouver, person on the phone was rude, took them over 45 minutes to get there once arrived without an estimate the drive started setting the car up and told us it will cost $228.00 plus tax to go 4km to my mechanic which was more expensive then any other tow companies in Vancouver then we agreed at $160.00 cash, gave the driver name and address where my car needed to go. My car did not make it to the destination and called them next morning and I was told the manager would call back never got a call back, still not sure where my car is. Absolute disgusting service, overpriced. Will not recommend to anyone

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. I called them at 8 pm on a Friday night after my car was hit by another vehicle. They were able to come out within 10 minutes and had me on my way again in no time! Very happy with how they handled things, and would definitely recommend them!

I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a company! My car was towed by Affordable Towing Service Vancouver in the middle of the night and they were there within minutes. They got me back on the road and didn't even charge me for the extra time it took to get my car back. They were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend these guys if you need a tow truck!.

Recently had my car towed from a parking lot after it was involved in a hit-and-run accident. The driver of the other vehicle did not stop, and I had to fend for myself. They even recovered my car's license plate for me so that I could get it back as soon as possible!

$200 BUCKS to have by car towed to the dealership?! (5kms) Based on the reviews and location I called this place first. Glad I called around.
