Bisou Bridal

This is the very first wedding dress boutique I visited, and the only one I ended up going to. Their customer service is fantastic from the first phone call/email all the way through alterations, fittings, and delivery. It's located super close to the 84 bus stop and skytrain station, very accessible. They make you and your guests feel welcomed every time, and they are also very knowledgeable with dress and adjustments timelines.Dani was my stylist, and she not only incorporated my vision when finding the dress, but also had great suggestions!I loved every single moment with the Bisou team, they truly made what could''ve been one of the most stressful times in a bride's planning process a very swift and exciting experience.

My first wedding dress experience was at Bisou Bridal. I actually had booked an appointment but couldn't make it due to schedule changes. I saw the instagram post for their sample sale.. and despite not having tried on dresses before, as recommended that you do before going, I lined up for the sale just in case. I fully did not expect to find a dress and wanted to just see what it was like.I liked how once you get to the front of the line, they allowed you to see the dresses, take pictures of the ones you liked then put your name down in for your appointment time if you saw what you liked. I liked how we did not have to wait outside in the cold for HOURS and could come back after having secured our spot in line. I liked how we were able to pick styles we liked and when we returned just showed the stylist which ones to pull (if they were still available and not sold!) This was definitely very efficientIn terms of the experience, it was incredible. I felt really nervous going in, having no dress fitting experience but my stylist was VERY nice and so professional and experienced. The fitting experience went very smoothly, she gave very clear instructions of what to do, and how she will help clip me in etc. The dresses were BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning. I did not expect to love the style I ended up getting, i didn't think it would look good on me. But my stylist knew just what would look good and what I would like based on my feedback and made recommendations accordingly.I didn't think I'd fall in love with my dream dress at my first ever bridal fitting, but I did and I am SO thankful for the experience, for the professional stylists at Bisou and for the beautiful dresses they have. Never did I feel pressured to purchase accessories or go outside of my budget. The stylists are so experienced and really create an individualized experience to help you find the look perfect for you.Thank you Bisou!!!

I was helped by Alex, she made time for me so quickly and really understood my preferences and curated a list of dresses she thought I would like and she was totally spot on! She was totally lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience at Bisou! Dani is fantastic and will not lead you astray. She brought me dresses I wouldn’t have even thought to try on, and they (including my dress!) ended up working way better for me than the ones I picked out! She is a master pinner. She was also patient, not pushy and was super helpful about letting me take my time so I could land on the right dress.The selection of dresses is beautiful and they are all in great condition. This was a nice change compared to some other boutiques where many of the dresses seem a bit grimy from being tried on so much.

Update:I recently got married in my perfect Bisou dress and I cannot say enough good things. The whole process from the first time I stepped in the doors to many appointments later walking out with my dream dress the week before my wedding was seamless. The staff are so knowledgeable on their products and it shows how passionate they are to help brides feel beautiful. 10/10 recommend Bisou Bridal to everyone.I simply cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Bisou Bridal. First off my stylist Erin was an absolute gem, and her passion for everything bridal was super clear right from the moment we met. She was informative, but not pushy. And though I had found my dress on the first visit (we both knew it) she supported my decision to think about it and come back. Which I definitely did and bought my dream dress. I would absolutely recommend Bisou and Erin to everyone and anyone.

Magical, fantastic & a memorable experience shopping with Bisou Bridal for my special day!I worked with Erin to select the perfect dress (#3 for me) and was handed off to Caitlin and Ana for alternations, who were equally as attentive and amazing. They provided great insight to things I never thought about (ie. walking on slate vs grass and how the dress would catch differently).Truly a wonderful experience with Bisou Bridal!

I had an amazing time here! Everyone was so welcoming and so sweet, Britney was the stylist I worked with and she was such a gem, very kind, and so helpful she really helped me find the perfect dress, and I found the dress with just 1 appointment. And they explained everything to me when I chose my dress. Everyone there was so helpful and I definitely recommend them i look forward to working with them further when getting alterations

Had such an great time here! Not only did we run late for our appointment due to being new and lost in Vancouver, they were even able to accommodate us still. My stylist Erin was absolutely amazing. She knew everything about the dresses, what to expect once I ordered a dress as well as the structure of the dresses. We were even greeted with soft slippers that other stores didn't offer and by then I had been to 9 dress stores. If your looking for beautiful beaded/pearl dresses that are unique this is the place to go to. Glad to say I found my dress finally!!!

I had such an amazing experience at Bisou Bridal! They were so friendly from the initial appointment booking, and went above and beyond to help me make the right choice for my wedding dress! Erin gave me very heartfelt advice and guidance through the entire process, and Alex was also lovely and hilarious and kind to our group! They took phenomenal care of us. They also encouraged me to take time to think about my purchase, which I thought was very nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their dress, and can't thank you ladies enough for your help <3
