I want to buy a Toyota rav4 from 1 someone and they refer to ma'am Genevieve from this company to process my loan to get the car she call me back and tell me my credit of 500 plus is too bad I need to 8000$ cash down for a 16000$ Toyota rav4 and I said not and she kept send me messages and kept doing several inquiries on my credit report saying she is looking for approbation for me I didn't ask her to do she end up giving me a Chevrolet cruze and make me sigh the contact without asking me to come see the car and also make me sign the car on different date and put different date and say I should use it for 18month to build my credit in the contract I have 10days to return the car if I don't like it and I contact then before 10day excluding the public holidays which is purpose to make the 10day longer I ask the change the car for me they refuse and hang up on me and block me from calling
