Northern Performance Windows & Doors

Northern Performance Windows did such a wonderful job last year installing new North Star windows I contacted them again this spring to replace the front door & the two remaining bay Windows. The installers worked with me to solve the issue of how to finish off the area below the bay window where the windows & lower skirting was removed in order to install the new 'flat' picture window. As you can see in the photo, we left the skirting intact & I now have 'custom' flower boxes for four season displays. I can't be more happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to everyone.

We replaced all the windows in our home and after receiving a few quotes, decided to go with Northern Performance as Jon and his team has an excellent reputation for honesty and integrity. The pricing was competitive but the quality of their products and experience of the team is noteworthy. They add much value far being price alone! I was also happy to see that they stock windows and doors which allows for one to get a quality product, on demand, as needed. We needed to convert an existing window into a door to access our new deck. Super happy with the team at Northern Performance from start to finish. There were lots of options within our price point and they helped find a solution that worked without having to demo more than necessary. I appreciated having installers come assess the work in advance so there were no surprises on install day (which never happens with this old house!) Will definitely use them again in the future!

We are in the process of building a new home and ordered all of our new windows and doors from Northern Performance. I had a pile of questions and changes when we were putting in our order and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got the exactly what we needed for our new home. Even after the order when we made some errors(my errors not Northern Performance) Jon, the owner, was very accommodating and was able to come up with a workable solution for us. If you are looking for new windows and doors this is the place to use. Great price, great customer service, and a pile of knowledge. You won't be disappointed !

Northern performance was a delight to deal with. They matched prices we obtained elsewhere. They kept you up to date at all times and were very prompt with returning our calls. They were also very helpful in connection with information about the Canada greener homes grant. The product speaks for itself. The installers were amazing! Despite the sub zero temperatures they worked on and stuck to the schedule. They were very helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very clean and tidy you would almost never know they were here. We would highly recommend Northern Performance to our friends.

We recently had Northern Performance replace our front door. John walked us through our options and was extremely knowledgeable about the the products. Having helped us decide, we booked the install. The installation came several weeks earlier than expected and went perfectly. Adam then came a while later to make sure we were happy with everything. Excellent service. I dropped in with the hopes of someone helping me locate a replacement window crank from a window over 20 years old. Kevin immediately walked me to the back room, telling me it will be like finding a needle in a haystack". Well

We were given Northern Performance name for window replacement by a previous building contractor we had used for home renos who highly recommended them . They lived up to his high recommendation in that they responded promptly to my call for a price quote . They measured quickly . The quote was extremely reasonable . Final measure was done by one of the owners John himself . The install was done a week earlier than expected and done all in same day by two of the install team members Scott and Mike. They were extremely professional, personable, their work was tidy both inside and out being very respectful of our personal space. Co owner John came by at end of the install to assess and be sure we were happy with the install and workmanship which in itself is impressive. The office admin assistant Leslie is also very personable and followed up to ensure all was good and to arrange our final payment . All in all this was a most pleasant experience and we are very pleased with the window quality and install process with this company and would highly recommend them , and did recommend them to our neighbour who will be having windows installed by them as well in the very near future.Thanks Northern Performance !Jan & Rick Watters
