Great experience working with Huy from Certa Pro. Really professional from day 1 to the end of the job. Every one was really responsive including office staff who outlined clearly what the next steps would be in the process. Everything was done with excellence! All scraping, base coat & 2 colours of top coat within 2 days as promised. Colours were custom matched, repairs to caulking & fine detailing. Tarp was put over front deck to protect & area left spotless. Would recommend CertaPro to anyone who is looking for exterior painting.

****I am editing this review after speaking with Paul at CertaPro Painters.****After speaking to the company it is apparent that the workers who painted our location were not CertaPro but wearing their shirts. The workers were misrepresenting CertaPro. Paul was professional and kindly asked questions in an attempt to solve the mystery of the poor workmanship. Paul even offered to send an ACTUAL CertaPro worker out to clean our windows despite their company not having had caused the problem. The customer service that was offered (to a non-customer, nonetheless) was exceptional. It is rare to experience this level of customer service. Should I require painters I would absolutely choose CertaPro! This company was chosen to come and paint a hallway in a commercial plaza. The workers did not cover the floor or the windows of the existing business. They used a sprayer to apply the paint. The floor and windows are covered in what is like a fine layer of dust - except it's actually paint. NOT IMPRESSED! We had just had our windows professionally cleaned and now they are destroyed. For a professional company this is very poor workmanship.

From the start of the process with Huy to the consultation to finally the professional painter Jason everyone was knowledgeable and professional.Jason did an excellent job. Huy followed up to ensure we were happy.

Paul and his professional team did a phenomenal job on my home renovation. A brand new staircase being the most tedious part of the job...done to perfection, on time and on budget. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with CertaPro recently to paint my entrance hallway, and window frames.Huy was very responsive from the beginning and throughout the job. He is very professional and easy to talk to.Leo came to paint my house. He had all the windows caulked and prepped in one day, painted the large entrance and hall the second day, and finished painting the window frames on the third day. The windows look great, there are no gaps, and no paint on the window vinyl at all. The entrance and hallway look brand new because Leo patched and repaired all the holes, and the corners that had chunks out of them. He found so many holes to repair, many of which I had never even noticed myself! Leo clearly enjoys painting and is very skilled at it.I would definitely say the price was fair for the quality of work that was done and I would hire Leo and CertaPro for any painting jobs I have in the future.
