Fantastic, kind service even when just having repairs or small alterations to items. I was so hesitant to go to a jewellery store in the financial district with the kind of clientele/demographic in the area, and I was still treated so well with so much respect and friendliness.It sounds silly, but it meant a lot to me and so did the item I was getting altered. (having a semi precious stone added to a wedding band)The communication via text and phone was wonderful and I love the focused curation of the beautiful items in the store. Nothing about the entire process was overwhelming and I'm so thankful. High recommend.

I stopped in at Mani Jewellers by chance on a business trip to Toronto as I wanted to look at a Tissot T-Solar watch. Sean was great and allowed me to try on the watch etc. even though I told him I was only looking. He did not try and pressure me into purchasing anything at that time. I took his card and decided a few days later to purchase the watch from his website. I recommend Mani Jewellers to anyone in the market for a high quality watch.

Customer service at its best. Sean went above and beyond. I bought a watch that just got released a week ago the new Oris Kermit edition and he still gave me 15% off. I ordered about a week ago and he said it would be about a week to get to him. So I decided to call and check in. He knew it was me from across the country on my work phone said he had my watch in his hands and would be shipping it to me later that day. Couldn't be any happier. I met Sean and his father as I visited the store to have a new watch band put on my watch. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with two very warm welcomes and genuine greetings. Sean's father immediately prepared my watch -- offered to clean and fix parts of the watch that were bent / broken, changed my band, and polished it post band repair. They were knowledgeable about the brand of watch and were extremely efficient with the repair. Sean also has beautiful pieces in his store that would suit anyone's taste in jewelry.
