Dr Randall Kreutz

Receptionist Trish is very racist and seems to hate her job answering phones everyday.Very rude and un-professional.Would not recommend this place to anyone.Do your business elsewhere.

Saw Dr. Kreutz for an oral surgery under sedation - I woke up during the surgery and felt my tooth being yanked from my mouth. It was very traumatizing for me and Dr. Kreutz displayed absolutely no empathy and actually hung up on me when I called to discuss it. I was told it was a very rare occurrence but that “that’s just life”. Absolutely do not recommend going to this office as the lack of professionalism and compassion displayed is horrific. The receptionist, Trish, was very kind in my dealings with her.

Definitely a professional group of people. And very efficient. They of course asked if I had any concerns, First dr kreutz in consultation, then by the anesthesiologist before going under, then in recovery before leaving. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at age 35 so as I understand it is a more difficult removal. I’m definitely sore but as of waking up the morning after I feel pretty good, no more bleeding and I can feel my entire face. I thought it would make sense to leave a review after having a good experience here. I read all of his reviews, and I’m happy to leave them 5 stars. Thank you.
