Friendly staff and used to provide a great service but this year we were on a list since 2021 and no one contacted us about our appointment. We followed up several times and they never called back with even a status update, and now it's snowing so seems pretty tight to get winterization done. Very dissapointed.

These days it’s near impossible to get someone to call you back, let alone, show up to provide a quote. Hall’s called back right away, came out and provided a reasonable quote.They showed up on time, were very friendly and honest… and actually came in under what they quoted as they were able reuse a lot of the existing piping. I found this to be very honest. The office staff and onsite guys were great. The got the job done with no issues.We would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. They did work in April with some stuff unfinished which they promised to have done in few days. My mistake was to pay the ~ $1500 bill in full. After I paid the bill I can't get them back and finish the work. And it's the end of summer now. Who wants this kind of irrigation service?

Terrible communication. Waited 5 weeks to hear back about my appointment - but even after repeated calls it seems no one at the company knows who's handling my work order.Halls Irrigation used to be great, but they've gone downhill.

9 months to replace a $20 valve and 2 hours of labour. To top it off, we told them the handle was broken and when they came the first time the then proceeded to tell us the handle was broken.....9 months. Keep that in mind if you need them to fix your equipment.

Thank you Justin for your prompt response to our irrigation leak. We were in a bind having turf installed the following day after our irrigation system leaked. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and really came through for us when we were desperately in need. He helped resolve the immediate emergency and then helped us plan what was the best solution going forward. Thank you so much for all your help. We highly recommend.
