Sunday June 4 2023 morning, I asked for 2 doughnuts and she said can I put them in same bag I said sure but didn't think she would put my double chocolate donut at the bottom of the bag upside down and the old fashioned plain doughnut on top,then I looked at her and thought please stay here and do not ever even think about being a Doctor or even a babysitter.

Pretty sure it’s the only Tim’s that has literally made my order incorrect every time definitely done going here, go to Starbucks right beside it paying extra is worth it to avoid this place.

I would not even bother to order because their washrooms were absolutely disgusting. Try washing the walls down also. Men and women's just horrible and the restaurant was not much better. The owner/manager should be absolutely embarrassed. Would give less then a 1 star if I could.

The worst TH i have been to in a long time. Rude front desk staff that will ignore you when you are ordering and make consistent mistakes. It was better ran when high school students worked there

Went into Tim's at 12:15pm. just as a group of high school students were leaving, I was totally disgusted at the amount of litter these students left behind. It was on the seats on the floor, paper bags, straws and other. Are these the future adults the ones who will look after the evironment, I hope not.Shame on these students for their laziness and letting down the beautiful town of Fergus. I truefully hope that one of their grandparents get to see their mess and perhaps talk about what they seen during their visit to Tim's.Ken .......

Does this look like a vanilla cream cold brew to anyone else?! This looks like dog water. Tim Hortons is a hit or miss. Maybe instead of trying to rush my order in the drive through, let me finish ordering before you start telling me to pull up

Yet another Tim Hortons that only caters to drive thru. The one worker on front counter is left to drown in a sea of orders. Clearly not managed well.

Once upon a time this was easily one of the better Timmies around, but oh how it's gone downhill over the last year or so. Terrible service, argumentative staff (when they get your order wrong, they try and argue that it's YOU who's at fault). The last dozen times I went thru the drive thru, at least 10 of them I had to park and go in because they either forgot something, or just left things out entirely, or the BLT came with just lettuce. I stopped going there entirely, much friendlier service and much better coffee two doors down at the McD's.

Went through the drive thru around 1:51pm. Woman at the window barely spoke a word to us, and I heard her coworkers talking (quite loudly and within earshot) in the background, saying how another customer was “b*tching about the app but we have nothing to do with it.” Thought it was really unprofessional. I expected better.
