Why is the train always late arriving at the station. This morning it was exceptionally late and no announcements were made as to why. Service needs improvement.

Parking at this station is terrible. The lot close to the platform has more than half of the parkings as preferred. You would be lucky to get the non-preferred parkings if you come early or near weekends or holidays. Getting out of this lot in the evening is the major issue because all exits to the Newkirk Rd are stop signs only. Any traffic trying to turn left would be congested as the road jam up. A lot of people rush to their cars and get out as soon as the train opens the doors. Quite scary to see some cars already started and are rushing to the exits while other people are just running to their cars in the same paths.

The parking is very poorly organized. When a train arrives at the station in the evening, you can see people running to get to their cars so that they can be among the first to leave the lot - otherwise they'll spend much more time waiting at the exits. This is a serious safety hazard, as they would often almost jump under the wheels of the passing cars just to cross the Newkirk st.And, of course, having only few trains in the morning and few more in the evening, with GO buses operating in between, is a subpar level of service.Oh, and the office opening hours are... Simply inexplicable, and inexcusable.

Small station building, doesn't look as nice as the other stations. Bloomington looks so great but it is in the middle of nowhere. Yet Richmond Hill is just a box but is located in a prime area. Parking lot is just a normal lot, not multi stories.

The price was arround $30 plus tax per a car to drive through.It was so beautiful and exciting, specially for children. Shiny and beautiful colour lights. It was definitely worth it to visit.

Only 3 trains in the morning once an hour to union. I thought Canada was a 1st world country. Also, make sure to arrive with plenty of time as the majority of drivers don’t know what day of the week it is, causing tail backs. They will make you miss your once an hour train.

Insufficient parking. Metrolinx has poor planning. The parking is consistently full before the last morning rush hour train. When one tries to be creative with parking as everyone still needs to catch a train to get to work. They give you a parking ticket for $50.How do they expect people to react? Turn around, go home and to the office you cannot make it into work because GO ran out of parking?!

Always clean and tidy. Lots of free parking spaces for cars, but it's getting more and more crowded over the past few years. It's often full by 9am on weekdays -- frustrating for people hoping to park and then ride the 9:20am bus. It's probably about time to build a second level of parking here.A few parking spaces for bikes would be nice to have right here in non-snowing seasons.

This GO station is not built for easy commutes if you drive. You should aim to get here well in advance of your train departure as Newkirk Street gets quite backed up. It's even worse when you try to exit - there are only two exits and given they both go onto Newkirk, each lane is essentially preventing the other from leaving. The oncoming traffic from Major Mackenzie doesn't help either. You'll see people running to their cars from the train to try to leave the parking lot quickly - otherwise it can literally take 15-20 minutes to leave, which is kind of ridiculous.

Need more trains leaving downtown. The earliest afternoon train is 3:10 and then not until 4:30. I think it’s ridiculous. Add in a 3:30 and 4pm train at least. Bad enough we have to wait 30 min for the next train if you miss yours. Lakeshore line has trains every 15 min. We are the forgotten ones. Also, people are not going to walk south to major Mack or north to the lights to cross the street so do something about it or someone is going to get killed. How about a crosswalk? Other than the 2 issues above I’m quite happy with the Richmond Hill GO.
