When faced with different options regarding the job, he is very good breaking things down, explaining the how’s and why’s, which is the most cost effective and which option he would recommend. We had one issue with a part that was installed and contacted him with the problem. Andrew was quick to reply and rectify the situation. Problem solved and despite his busy schedule, he takes the time to check back and make sure everything is working well. Excellent customer care and service.
