We went to get a marriage license and they charged us $90+ even though it only costs $40 to get one. The government website says each registry will charge a fee, but a $50 fee for a $40 document seems like highway robbery. This fee wasn’t posted anywhere either, so it was a big shock when they rung us up. Very disappointed.

Beautiful, clean and bright space with lots of plants! I was able to easily make an appointment online for drivers license renewal. I arrived early and they helped me right away. The staff I dealt with was kind and courteous. Highly recommend !

This location is beautiful inside! Filled with home decor you feel right at home instead of being in an office setting. Andrea helped me and my husband today and wanted to leave a review because her customer service was amazing and friendly! She took care of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything else was updated. It means a lot when someone takes their time with you to make sure everything else is in order. Thank you Andrea for the great service! We will definitely be coming back because of her!

Made an appointment here to get a laundry list of things done - Alberta health card, registration, change of name and address, upgrading of license class, etc. Andrea (the sweetest lady I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a registry... EVER) helped me through the entire process; she was fast, friendly and was able to handle my list of requests in an interaction that was nothing less than a perfect experience in a place where most of us dread going. I will be returning to this registry for the foreseeable future because of her. First time here, had a really good experience. I had a little problem when registering my vehicle for my business. They were very patient with explaining what was wrong, why it was happening, and got it fixed for me right away. I really appreciate this kind of service, it makes a difference.
