Fred's Burner Service
The guys who came out to repair my propane fireplace where great guys. They got it working within minutes, the unfortunate thing is that it quit working again. I will call them Monday and we will see what happens.

Never again - did the job - hooked everything up backwards and when told said he would fix it . 10 months later he called wanting to be paid after I paid to have someone else to do the job correctly and fix his mistakes .

Absolutely brutal service. Multiple phone messages left over a 2 week period regarding my ac problem. Finally a call back and arrived at my home the next day. Stated that my ac unit was too far under the building to service. Prior to leaving the property stated to my relatives that I would be contacted. To date (10 days) no return call despite my leaving additional messages. Would not recommend to anyone...ever. A consistently negative message was echoed by other people I spoke to including other AC/ Heating companies.

Had Fred’s Burner come out to my cottage to troubleshoot and fix my hot water heater. What was quoted to be a one day fix costing approximately $200, turned into a 3 week fix costing over $600!!! I’m not even sure they knew what they were doing, as they replaced one part and it didn’t fix it, so they had to order another part, almost like it was trial and error. I would not recommend this company. Next time I will pay extra to have someone come from out of town to fix it.

Made an appointment and no body showed up. Tried to call got an answer phone. No one phoned me to cancel. Took a day off work and missed a days pay. Not happy.
