Beautiful

Had the elevator drop on us while going up. Attached the second picture of the inspection. TSSA (technician standards and safety authority) says expires on July 24th, 2021. Let's see how the building management will react to this.

Worst management team ever.

Management was actually really helpful while I had multiple inquiries. They are very thorough and follow procedures to the letter and have paperwork to back everything they do, which makes me feel more secure with their processes. The e-mails were very detailed and helpful with further instructions and procedures if required, and they were also helpful and patient in person as well.I had no problem with parking, so I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about? Maybe those reviews are old.

Waited 8 months for parking still no reply. Management team doesn’t care about residents and are NOT WILLING to help. Only thing they can do is giving tickets to residents without notice. And they go above and beyond to trouble their residents. Worst management ever!!!

Their garage door smashed into my windshield going in, even though I was far enough in the sensor should have worked. They blamed me and called me incompetent amongst other things because I did not push my button considering a car was exiting and the door was open... They refused to show me maintenance records that the sensor has been inspected or works at all. They made me pay for it and threatened court and paying for their legal fees if I did not. Costed me $700 and its known other people have had this happen. They were unwilling to help me out at all and were extremely rude and short in our meeting with management. Not to mention they have NOW after all these incidents, installed an exterior sensor which they said was not mandatory to have even though every single other condo I have entered has one. They only feel they need the bare min when it comes to safety and the best for their residences. Also there are at least 60 parking pots in the underground not used and they said there is a waiting lists for years of people waiting for a spot so you are forced to park in visitors and get active tickets constantly or pay for parking because Markham has zero street parking or permits even as an option. Also was followed into the underground by a couple of men who were waiting for me to exit my truck and I called security afraid for my well being and their response was email us... and every email they send out to residents is basically saying you are all on your own for an issue in your units. They take zero accountability for anything in these buildings!

I used to love this condo... until the obnoxious amount of unplanned fire alarms (triggered by never an actual fire thankfully, but sewer pipe bursting? unknown reasons that are are rarely resolved?), incompetent security guards who have no idea what's going on...ever, good amount of available parking spaces but no actual availability (I've never lived in a condo in Markham where the solution is implementing a stupid program where you have to pay each night a fee for this stupid 'convenience fee' parking), and management that over communicates but under delivers.

Fire alarm today and I am working from home. Fire alarm once every 3 days. I am getting out from this terrible place.

I had an amazing experience dealing with the property management team. They are very professional and helpful with any request that comes their way. I definitely recommend this beautiful condo in the very heart of downtown Markham. It has elegant and modern amenities for folks who value things like weight/cardio gym, outdoor pool and party rooms.
