Got this amazing Montblanc backpack while in Montreal. As always, the experience at the Montblanc boutique downtown Montreal was perfect.The leather backpack is very well crafted, relatively light and looks great. Very comfortable to wear and fits a laptop + headphones + everything else I need for travel. Very happy as always with my purchase and my experience.

Came to this store last week to purchase a gift. I was impressed by the employees willingness to assist in finding the perfect gift for me and also found them very polite and professional. I definitely had a great experience and extremely happy with my purchase.

My cardholder started to become undone at the seams of the card slots, so I took it in to get it repaired or replaced since it was still under manufacturer warranty. It was sent to Montblanc and then sent back untouched with an email saying that the flaw was due to external use and not craftsmanship, which was untrue.The manager listened to what I had to say and agreed that it should at least be fixed and personally took care of it in spite of Montblanc's refusal to do so. He got the cardholder fixed within a week and now it is as good as new. Went above and beyond just to please their client. Extremely satisfied with the customer service.

The young man that helped us today was extremely helpful ! He appears to be new at the store, but has a lot of potential ! Will definitely be coming back to check on the evolution of his wrapping skills.

I drove from Ontario to Montreal to visit Roberto and his team at the Mont Blanc Boutique. It was my hope that they could assess and repair a very special and irreplaceable family heirloom. A Meisterstuck 925 LeGrand fountain pen passed down from my Mother.It was difficult to leave the pen behind, but Roberto and his team provided guidance and reassurance to bring this important instrument back to life.After several emails and discussions, the Mont Blanc Master Service team executed a deep repair service, replacing several damaged internal parts. The pen is now repaired and on route back to me via secured, insured shipping service.I want to take a moment to thank Roberto for his care and thoughtfulness. He and his team have represented the Mont Blanc service and brand at the highest level.MerciAlain

Customer service could be done a little better. Depending of the representative, the experience could be done differently. I went in the first time to look at belts since I was shopping for a gift. The representative showed me multiple models and helped me take pictures so I can show to other people for a second opinion. He was really nice even though he tried to sell me more and more things. When I came back to buy the belt, I felt rushed in the process and felt like I was asking for too much when I asked for the gift wrap (since it was christmas season). Overall, the experience was god just need to be worked on customer service
