I always look forward to working out at Fitness 2 Life when I’m in town. It’s such a nice change from corporate gyms. Love that there is a co-ed and women’s only section to choose from. There’s a ton of space and equipment on both floors. The gym is always clean and well equipped. Peter (the owner) is great to talk to and makes the best coffee! Highly recommend a latte with marshmallow syrup in it!!

Gym itself was ok (closed down now as the owner sold the building), but the lack of communication was not ideal. I heard through a coworker that the business was being sold, not through the staff/owner. Never saw anything posted on the door. Then the pandemic closed all gyms and I saw all the equipment being moved out.I had emailed the gym about getting a refund as I paid for a year for in advance, but haven't heard back. I guess they don't check their emails? Phoned but no answer.

Great variety of equipment, something for just about everyone, with a good atmosphere and very clean. I’ve seen a lot of gyms in my time and this one is as professional as they come, been going there for a while now

Best gym in Armstrong! Good equipment, always clean and not to busy, you don't have to wait for a machine. All the members are friendly and the owner is great, also he makes some good protein shakes!

Im Denise Sherwood and I have been going to Fitness 2 Life for about 10 years! I love this gym and as a women feel very comfortable coming here whether I am upstairs (ladies only) or downstairs (co ed) The gym is clean and everyone is respectful of others by cleaning and putting equipment away. Peter makes a great Latte or any protein smoothie you want after your workout! Also for myself the 5 am opening time is awesome to get that workout in before work!!!

I have had a lot of gym passes but this is by far my favorite gym. It has an old school lifting gym vibe with really good equipment and heavy weight. I like the Mr Olympia pictures on the wall and all the flags. The owner is a good guy and will help you out with what ever you need and they have a women's area up stairs which my wife loves as well. Also great coffee which is a plus!!!!

Clean and comfortable gym, everyone is very friendly and you don't feel out of place there as a beginner. Peter is very knowledgeable, helpful, and makes great coffee!!
