Absolutely brutal customer service!. Was told by a young man that when we walked into the store that they were closing in 5 minutes. Was fine with that as my 3 kids knew exactly what they wanted so the shopping was going to be speedy. We rushed , gathered our things and hit the checkout right at 5:59 with a minute to spare. The guy ringing us through was thouroughly chapped that we were ringing through $10.00 worth of items. Made my kids feel unappreciated and unwanted. They were extremely happy to go there today and were upset when we left.

Brought 5 kids in with me to pick out a toy to have at our camp site. Everyone left happy and it was only $26.

Staff is too busy talking to ppl to call you to their till, say hello, even acknowledge you while checking out, give you a total, or ask if you want your receipt. Meanwhile a line is growing and they don’t even care. The cashier and this person were talking about how rude customer service is nowadays even. It’s like seriously?

Buyer beware. Make sure you know that there is no returns or exchanges before buying. I had no clue because I’ve exchanged items before. Brought back an item that was broken thinking I could exchange and it’s against their policy now. My bad for not realizing and hope I can help others be aware.

Always a great experience. Not always the best selection or very limited selection but that has nothing to do with the store itself.

Disappointed that there was a miscount and I got charged for things that I didn’t get.I’ll be going through my order again and seeing what else was shorted.Called the store and they didn’t have the bins and they didn’t offer to replace them.I won’t be back.

Good selection of products, shelves were full. Cashier didn't talk and couldn't understand what we asked or said to them.
