The UPS Store

I Ubered to this location twice in the last couple of days to buy a box to send some clothing home, as we are in Vancouver briefly and wished to lighten our suitcase load. Enough about “why”. Both times I was assisted by different staff individuals who were courteous and professional.The second time, the gentleman was extremely helpful, as the parcel is headed to the US and he guided me through filing out the forms. He took care of the entire process with me, although other customers arrived during that time. I’m grateful for his understanding and calmness as I had several questions.Bravo!5 ⭐️s!

I am very surprised that head office of UPS does nothing about the absolutely rude and outrageous manner that the elderly Asian man treats UPS customers. I was 2 minutes over the closing time of 3pm last Sunday. I am handicapped with a cane and as I waited for a customer to come out the door ... the Asian man grabbed the door .. waved me away saying no no no" .. as I pleaded that it was just a pickup of my VISA card that I truly needed. He pushed my arm out of the doorway and would hear nothing of what I was saying "Please please". Where has the respect and understanding gone with some of our neighborly businesses. Does UPS not depend on customers and practice some empathy? The situation leaves one with a very bitter taste."

The shopkeeper was so rude that I was shocked. I was forced to pay for a pouch to tape my shipping label, which I have printed myself. He told me it’s not free and I can ask UPS to pick up if I want. I figured they tried to find every possible way to charge customer. I would avoid this location at all costs.

$1 charge for tape...they didn't even attempt to securely tape over the barcode until I asked, only the box openings.Older gentleman works extremely slow does not value your time.

I came to this UPS Store to return a purse I purchased from Givenchy.On the email from Givenchy, it wrote: Kindly attach the shipping documents in a resealable clear envelope. You can get this from UPS if necessary. Please enclose 2 copies of the “proforma” invoice inside this envelope

Great experience! I had a high end speaker system that I needed to be packaged and shipped to Saskatchewan.The team made custom boxes for all of the pieces and then wrapped everything in bubble wrap. They did a fantastic job and took care in what they did.I was nervous to ship this system but had no other way to get here.Many thanks for a job well done!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The most unfriendly store I've ever visited.I received a notice from Ups to pick up my package here and visited.But the owner(Asian male) says my package isn't here yet.Then when I asked when I could find my package, he said, I don't know. You should track it."I just saw notice that my package could be picked up here

Went twice to get my package and was told both times it hadn’t arrived. Eventually received an email saying it was being sent back for non pick up. Called UPS and was told it was, in fact, there … but now couldn’t give it to me since it was already in the “process of being sent back”. Worst service ever.

They won’t take drop offs here, don’t waste your time go to another ups store, which I did do and they happily took the packages even though they had less room. Fraser and 41st UPS store is farther but more accommodating.
