Patti helped my husband and I after we pretty much got screwed into paying enormous broker fees at hub insurance brokers. We were suspicious and just waiting for the catch. But Patti did a fantastic job and everything was transparent right from the start. She went the extra mile to make sure she told us of all the hidden costs before we decided.

Just got a call from Shelle to set up insurance for a new vehicle. She was respectful, human (with a sense of humour) and extremely well versed with the insurance system. Within minutes, she had all the information required to proceed with processing without tying up my valuable daytime minutes. Thank you for getting me up and running without a glitch!

I recently moved here from another province and had to register my car and get insurance. I stopped in to the Willowbrook location and was helped by Patti. Patti was great, she walked me through everything and explained the insurance policy in great detail. I was a little nervous after hearing stories about ICBC but Patti was amazing and extremely helpful. I will definitely be heading back to see if her next time.

Great experience with Patti when she was helping me out !!! If you want someone looking out for you - what to see this person !! She goes above & beyond & acknowledges you when you come in if she’s busy (everyone else in the office ignores you) & Patti even apologized for the delay & thanked me for waiting ... I had a bunch of questions & she was patient & helpful - even looking up some information on the ICBC system to help me more .... definitely above & beyond service & I will be back to see her - glad I’ve got her card !!

Just wanted to post about the great service I received at this officeI came in to this office as I’m just new to BC. Patti took time with me to answer all my questions & even the ones my dad had as well. Her patience was just amazing as we had “SO” many questions & she just patiently answered them all & showed me some information on the ICBC website and gave me some forms to get everything together to register my car here in BC.Patti did everything with a smile & gave me her card so that I could call if there was anything else I thought of later on (I even called her back after I left because I forgot something)She even handled a rude customer that came in expecting to be helped (while my dad & I were sitting at her desk) about his discount. Patti asked our permission to help him and it was funny because he didn’t like her answers & told her she was prejudice & stupid. She even offered to call ICBC for him - but he left.My experience was fabulous and I’ll be back when I’ve got everything done (car inspection and my letters to get a discount) to have Patti help me out and when I get settled for my tenant insurance as well.Great location - super helpful - definitely will come back !!PS - signage is a little hard to see the office - but it’s attached to the Safeway so you can’t miss that
