Girlfriend went to get her truck washed and vacuumed, the man who wrote order kept trying to sell more, she went to pay, had $200 gift card, lady said another $499,,, what !!! Girlfriend said only wanted wash exterior and vacuum, saw her truck going into wash bay said she would only pay for wash, girl said oh ya that’s all they will do, she had to go outside as the guy wrote bill wouldn’t come in, also she had to get the vehicle once washed to stop doing anything else she didn’t request. She has no problem paying for wash and vacuum but don’t try adding all the extras. An elderly lady came same time and was overwhelmed when she was given price to pay of $499, based on this experience wouldn’t recommend and don’t like idea of selling more than requested.

If you go here make sure to deal with pedro. his customer service is exceptional and he helped me right away when i noticed a few uncleaned areas and was very professional about it. Excellent assistant manager!

My CRV looked great. Little pricey, but everything is now. Only issue was the service advisor was simply a fast talking car salesman. I had to slow him down and ask exactly what the packages included. He was just more concerned with selling me the most expensive package.

Save yourself the 89.50 they charge here for a basic wash. Not only is the wash" second rate

Be careful of the unapproved additional charges!!! I got a wash and was provided a coupon for half off my next wash within the week. So I sent my daughter with the coupon to get the half off wash. Instead of listening to her and just doing the half off wash, they added rainex and tire care without approval. I was charged the additional amount so called management and was passed around but they offered no solution as the service had already been provided. I feel like I've been scammed.

Excellent & friendly customer service. Interior and Exterior with leather & vinyl. In and out in 45 min. Looks and smells like new… maybe even better. Worth every penny.

This is the second time I have been to this location to get my truck detailed before leaving for work, and both times I have noticed they didn't vacuum under the back seats. They lift up very easily, but still dirt was visible, as well as the front window (inside). For the price you pay, the quality wasn't quite there.
