Even though the staff were friendly with my kids and I , and they treated us patiently, I have really bad experience with the quality of the photos, I took pics myself two times for my pr, but which were not accepted because of darkness & brightness, and two times for my kids as well and we’re not accepted by the government for the same reason. They really wasted my money and time and I ended up taking pics elsewhere .

Friendly staff, fast service. I been going here for 8 years. Rarely had any problems. The only downhill is stock for certain items.

Great pharmacy, has lots of stuff and clean

Always super rude and slow. They are not understanding or accommodating for any situations. They barely do the bare minimum. Horrible, it’s like they feel bothered by you, the customer. Never going again.

Without exaggeration, the worst experiences I have had as a customer are at this specific Jean Coutu. For some reason, the staff at this store think anyone who walks into this store past 8 PM is going to steal stuff. It’s is an extremely uncomfortable experience to feel like you are being targeted as a shoplifter when there is genuinely no reason for the staff to do so.This has happened to me on multiple occasions with different staff members over the course of two years so I think there probably something wrong with management at this specific store. I am considering switching my prescriptions over to a pharmacy further from where I live just so I don’t need to feel this degree of scrutiny every time I need to pick up my prescriptions later in the day.

This pharmacy has the rudest people. The security guard was swearing like a saylor at customers. On several occasions my prescriptions expired and they did not tell me until I came to renew. They do as little as possible. Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming:( You wont find it all and specially not a friend!

When I came there to buy the facial lotion ( caudalie, special need consultation ) , the staff saw me but never ask anything, I waited so long but nobody come to service.Pharmacy here so expensive, they charged me double ( when I bought Plan B) then they explained to me this is service fees but they did not explain to me anything about Plan B! Another time I came to buy the medicine ( I have description from doctor ) but the employees in pharmacy did not asked me anything, service there is so terrible

We had passport photos taken here and I was BLOWN. AWAY. by the service from Brandon R., who of course took photos that met our foreign passport requirements. He was friendly and didn’t mind speaking English, and he took the time to make sure we were happy with our pictures, which is something I didn’t expect. What a guy!
