I went to return a pair a jeans that I purchased online that was Way too big on me, the gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He got me 2 different Sizes to try on, when I left the store my sisters were waiting for me with ice cream. Tina was outside and saw that I got ice cream all over my sweater, I made a joke that I would like to return a sweater. She laughed and told me how to clean it, she then got her water and fixed my problem. She got the ice cream stain right off, what amazing customer service, thank you Tina! You made my day.

I would like to share the fantastic service I recieved on Nov 12th at this location. A female employee, ID DP8608 was not only courteous and helpful but extremely kind. She helped process my return quickly and ensured a pleasant experience. You don't get employees with that passion for customer service anymore. I wish I got her name, but she was working around 530 today.

One of the aerie employees approached me unprompted while I was looking at the bathing suits and made comments about me “finding my size” and offered to look in the back for stuff that “could fit me”. She had a very rude tone in her voice so I doubt she was actually trying to be helpful :/ didn’t get her name since I left right afterwards.

I lost my bathing suit and had no others so knowing that it was fall I was hoping that aerie might have something... they didnt appear to at first but their fantastic staff went to the back of the stock room pulled two boxes of bikinis and let me look through and thankfully I found two pieces!! Thank you to the wonderful aerie girls !!

Went in today and had an amazing experience! Had a baby a year ago and was struggling to find something that fit comfortable now. Tracy was extremely helpful and understanding and I very much appreciated the time she took to help me find the perfect fit. Definitely the best Bra shopping experience i've had in years. Tracy made my day brighter :)
