Whenever we have an issue Scott is there to save the day. He really knows his stuff. He even figured out how to fix my hot tub even though this is not really something he does. Hot tub guy wired my control board backwards. Scott looked at the problem, took the time to think it through, even called the hot tub manufacturer and solved the issue. Above and beyond. Thanks again.

Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly and worked on a warranty claim for my KitchenAid/Whirlpool dishwasher. He didn't mind that daughter insisted on showing him her (plastic) tools while he worked. :) Very quick turnaround, highly recommended.

Misdiagnosed. Had to get another company to fix it properly after 3 months without a functioning refrigerator.Company did not respond to calls.They made excuses when they finally followed up after 2 months.

Do not use this business! if you can call it that. The owner is completely unresponsive to any mode of communication, he does not follow through on any commitments and the minimal work done left the product worse off than when he started. Shameful in every way. This is not a business, it is a bad joke. One does not have to look far to get find agreement with this opinion. His reputation is widely known in a small community. MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS!!!

Going to start with, I have not had work done by this company. That being said, last night on highway 1 between Going into Vancouver one of there trucks was driving in an unsafe manner. Cutting me of putting all around him at risk. With a preserved action against him as he tried to make an unsafe pass. Driving at high rates of speed again putting those around him at risk. If this is an indication this family run business does business I would be weary and never have do work for me or recommend them from seeing the company logo on the truck.
