I waited a while to post my review as I bought an SUV in July 2021 and wanted to give it some time to make sure the car wasn't a lemon (never know with Explorers). I'm really happy say I love my car, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because there was a fair sized rust spot that was obviously just painted over with spray paint or something as it's worn off already, and that will cost me a bit to get fixed properly. But mechanically, the car is great and I'm happy with the deal.

I purchased a 2008 Honda CRV a few weeks ago and I cannot begin to rave about the fabulous honest service provided by Chris and Gary!!!!! No pressure, they bent over backwards to make the process as pleasant as possible!!! I saw the inspection papers on the SUV and was happy. I have heard word of mouth the positive comments and recommendations to buy my next vehicle at Country auto from friends and family. Quality, great price and awesome people!!!!! Got a car without repairs needed. 1 Month later I return there and explained my car did not produce any heat and that something seemed to have dryed up under the hood. They took a cloth and wiped it away. 6 months later that issue got bigger when I got the car checked by another garage and told me my head caskets where fully done for a longer period then time I owned the car. I then contacted Country Auto and my warranty was expired and nothing was done to help me. A car should not left the lot with a head casket leak that was known and I even brough it up but they denied it and said its good to go after wiping the dried up coolant away...

Country auto has been good to us in the past but we booked to get our winter tires put on for September 30. Called on the Monday before to add an oil change Arrived in the morning early, left the keys. They closed for the holiday but didn’t call or let us know. We needed the tires for a trip for a surgery, had to last minute go somewhere else. I phoned Monday and they made excuses about not knowing it was a holiday and not having our number. Not impressed with the customer service! It was ok if they were closed but they shouldn’t have booked us in then.

Had a great experience purchasing my Honda Element at Country Auto Sales yesterday. We test drove it 2 days in a row after trying to make a decision and after chatting with Chris we made the purchase and were good to go! It was fast and effective and even after a miscommunication on cost, the friendly sales lady quickly fixed the mistake with no questions. Very happy to have purchased from them.

I bought a SUV a year and a half ago and the experience was so great I thought I would give Country Auto Sales a chance to help me find that perfect truck. A bit of dickering but I landed a GMC Sierra for a pretty good deal! I have to say that Chris never pushed, no pressure, he was fair, honest and respectful of my needs. I would highly recommend Country Auto Sales to anyone wanting a quality used vehicle. They provided all of the inspection records for me to review which was helpful. I love these guys! High 5 to Chris and Gary for great service!!!! They are a pretty good team :) I am pretty darn happy with my truck!!
