Crowder Repair Service

The service was great.It only took a couple of weeks, most of which was likely waiting for the parts.Thanks to the great staff.Most definitely a happy customer.

Had to put one star or you cant post .Had a alternator rebuilt lasted for one hour. Thats after 5 hrs to take out and reinstall .Had it tested and it was faulty retured it and a week later still fighting to get my money back .Bought a new one and its still working fine .They do not stand behind there work .

-50..took a tool there for repair..the cost was almost as much as buying a new one..left a second tool there and specifically told him I didn't want to pay anything until I had a price..I was told that would happen..weeks later I had to call as I had not been contacted..this time I am given a price $10 more than a current HD sale..I thanked him for his time and asked him not to repair..I go to pick my impact driver up and this pri@k hands me a bill and my tool in pieces..REALLY REALLY CHECK PRICES FOR NEW BEFORE HANDING THIS A$$HOLE MONEY..

I brought in my Armature off my skill saw to have the bearings replaced they did it in the same day at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this repair shop

I was very impressed with Crowder when I inquired about a part. Despite knowing I intended to do my own repair, they readily provided me with the part number as well as advice for acquiring it.

I took my fence in off of my Rigid table saw TS3650 model which is now obsolete for a repair and they did am amazing repair job on it . It actually works better now than it did before .

Shop is an absolute disaster, for one thing. I don’t know how you could get anything done in a mess like that. The real issue I had though was they charged an “administration fee” for a Rigid lifetime warranty repair when I picked the tool up, which they implied was from Rigid. I called Rigid directly to confirm, but was told this was not the case. They are supposed to collect a diagnostic fee when you drop the tool off, which is fully refunded if all the required work is done under the warranty. This is not what happened at all, so it looks to me like these guys are just levying this fee for themselves. I’ll be taking my Rigid tools somewhere else in future.

Excellent customer service!Brought my power washer in under warranty. In less than a month new powerwasher was delivered to my door!

Great guys very helpful at first charged me $420. for a starter that did not fit. told me they would rebuild the old one that needed a internal solenoid. never happened lost a season with the excavator. went to burnies in Newmarket and john had me running in 2 days for $300 now that is a greater guy. never got my money back from Rodger at crowder yet? just saying
