Always been my favorite store here at Tsawwassen Mills, really good bargain when they are on SALE plus the staff are so friendly and helpful.

terrible customer service ...I went yesterday to exchange the items. The cashier who helped us was full of attitude. She was raising her voice on us. They should teach her how to ask a question politely. I understand its a busy store but their service will no longer attract more customer. Even I was talking to my fiance not to purchase anything next time.My experience was so bad in that store except the lady who helped me to look for size of my item (Jashan). She was so nice and humble. But other employees, cashier and even manager dont know how to greet. They dont even smile just full of attitude. Plz change your staff except jashan, I think shez the only one who knows what an exceptional customer service is!!!

Bought a hoodie and sweat pants that were on sale in Feb 2023. They were on sale and tried them on in the shop. It was border mine acceptable in terms of the size. Went home and as I would usually do washed them before I set off my trip. I put them on and realized that both pieces of clothes are completely stretched out and I’d look as if the hems were stretched out. I changed my clothes and decided to go on my trip then return them upon my return. When I came back to the CK store in tswassen mills, I was met by a hostile manager who declared that those clothes were not returnable because they were washed once. I told them that their products look completely got out of shape after one wash and I regarded them as product defect. She basically treated me as a dishonest customer which really ruined my experience with them in its entirely. I have bought hundreds of dollars of underwear products from them before and disregarded how poor some of their trade mark products have been in the past deteriorating after 5-10 washes. My cheap GAP and H and M ones do not have any issues after wearing them for many years. They refunded me after painful discussion but I absolutely hated that I had to go thru this with them: won’t be buying anything from CK ever again.

Very nice suit jackets and great deals on dress shirts. We were running late and didn’t get to try anything on.Second review: came back with more time and went on a personal shopping spree. Found a dress jacket from $400 to $120 and picked up some dress shirts. Best place to shop for dress clothes.

Today went to this store I didn’t get good customer service. They wouldn’t return my jogger pant and I had the tags on and I lost the receipt they wouldn’t even give me store credit and they didn’t even try to find my receipt Online from there computer and the Indian cashier wouldn’t help me she was talking with attitude and making faces at me. She was working at 2:00 pm today and the manager was talking with attitude also and didn’t try to help me. These people don’t know anything about customers service and they aren’t treating customers with respect.

Went in the store yesterday and girl named Kamal helped me a lot. I wasn’t sure about the dress shirt size and she went above and beyond to find the perfect size for me. Really good customer service and I’m definitely coming back to this location.

There was very good and eye catching deals. The store was well organized despite all deals and many customers around.

Came into the store at around 8:10pm 05/14/2022. We came in as a group of 6 people. Only one of us was looking to buy something, while the rest of us were browsing and sharing thoughts on what would look best on our friend. We were greeted by Marie. The whole time during our shop Marie and another female associate in a teal shirt watched and kept staring at us. 3 of us felt uncomfortable by this so we went outside the store to sit down. Marie went near the entrance and stood there and watched us. We saw her walk to the associate in the teal shirt, speak and pointed at us outside and our friends inside and continued to talk to them. They kept watching our friends still shopping and us. Overall horrible experience, and unbelievable customer service. Marie did not make us feel welcomed. Our friend who was shopping only bought two to three items before leaving as they felt the hostility.

I'd rather give zero star if possible. Horrible customer service. Manager named Mary is full of attitude and would rather help other people from her culture and make me feel discriminated by standing on the side. The guy who sold me the t shirts told us about 30 day return policy with receipt and when I went there , they wouldn't exchange or return as they don't have tags. Weird atmosphere and worst customer service led me feel this way. They need to say it explicitly when selling stuff to have tags attached. That guy said something else John, when he sold the t shirts and denied completely in front of his manager. Would never ever come back. Puma helped us to exchange the stuff so easily without question when they know customers isn't satisfied with quality. CK needs to change their staff and train them how to be non discriminated.
