Highly highly recommend Blackwater! I called for what I thought was an emergency, and they showed up bright and early to inspect! They were able to figure out the problem very quick and turns out it was a simple fix that another septic company told us would cost $2500! The entire team was so kind and helpful, walking us through our septic system and showing us how it works and exactly where the issue was.They showed up on time, as planned. Always answered the phone and emails, and had a very simple but thorough invoicing system.I would recommend Blackwater to anyone with a septic system, big or small issues, they are so helpful! They saved us so much money and saved us the headache or big unnecessary repairs.

Should have read the reviews. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Called on July 9th and Confirmed a septic pump with Black Water for July 13th. Was asked to send a text to confirm. Did so.Friday morning, I have the deck cleared, and the lids off at 7:55am in preparation for the 8:00am arrival. 8:20am, no show. Phoned, no answer left a voicemail. Followed up with 3 more calls with no answer. As well as a text at 8:31am with no reply.Finally, at 8:56am I receive a text, not a call, which read;My pump truck had to go do a pumpout in welland. He will be there by 1030. Sorry about the delay"An hour after the scheduled appt time

Called 2 different times and never returned my calls. My girlfriend called and they never returned her calls. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. VERY unreliable.

Super fast and friendly service, operator was a good fella. Called, were here in 24 hours for a non emergency. Significantly better rates than local competition. Highly recommend to anyone in niagara area

We have used Blackwater services several times. The service is excellent, and staff are very skilled. The new receptionist is very professional, quick to answer calls, and dispatches promptly. I highly recommend giving blackwater a call. Thanks Blackwater for taking care of my needs.
