I went 2 months for appeal for taxi licence they asked they will email me but still get nothing and I visited twice they asked they forgot.

Horrible customer service. When they're busy they'll make you wait two weeks just to speak with someone and book a test.You get everything done and wait a two week processing time because they apparently have a lot of work to do and won't book the test. Any other government funded service has automated booking. Horrible experience so far, 0 stars.

Ridiculous hours for any taxi driver in the city. 9am to 1pm. 4hours, seriously?Day drivers have to lose out on calls to make it in during their shift. Night drivers have no hope to make it there for those hours. Thats peak sleeping time.If it was open from say, 2pm to 6pm, that could be a lot more managable for every taxi driver in the city.Seriously tho, 4 hours a day? Part time jobs are 5
