Hired them for a full roof job. Once invoiced, realized they left a metal section of the roof untouched. I was told it was never initially quoted and because that it was a recently laid metal roof and it was in good shape. I then finished the inside of the building only to find the metal roof was in fact a terribly done job and would not have passed any roofers inspection. Roof leaked causing damage to the interior..and 1500-2000$ of damage, plus the added hassle to bring in another roofer to fix the metal roof they deemed in good shape.I reached out to find a happy solution, and they said it’s not their problem, because they didn’t do the work even though they told me the metal roof was good to go. Also didn’t install a spike strip I asked for and left me waiting for months about installing gutter, so I finally got someone else to do it.To be clear, the review isn’t on the work they did, which all seems to be well done. It’s the work they didn’t do, and their unwillingness to work with me to find a amicable solution.

Leverman Roofing's crew installed our new roof professionally, efficiently and cleanly in one day. A few weeks later, hurricane force winds battered the area: the roof performed perfectly, without damage. My only dissatisfaction: communication could be stronger when work must be delayed.

Great team, great service.

Paid for a full roof reshingle and chimney reflashing a few years ago. We discovered that the flashing was leaking into the attic and soaking an interior wall. The company insisted that it was fine, but we convinced them to come look at it. They put some caulking around the chimney and left. It still leaks. One whole wall is soaked every time it rains hard. They won't return calls or emails. I would not recommend them. We've since had three other companies out to quote repairs, they all independently agreed that the original work is faulty. The fact that they won't even respond to this review speaks volumes.

Got a metal roof installed on our house in 2018, they did such a good job that we hired them to do our shingle roof on our new house when we built in 2020. Both experiences we exceptional along with their quality of work. We have a very complex roof with 7 peaks and a large pitch, 2 covered decks, all of which looks great. I would most definitely recommend Leverman Roofing and if we build another house will no doubt be reaching out to them again.
