Eric was our point of contact there and was exceptionally helpful!He gave us all the information we needed, took us out in the vehicle for a lengthy test drive, answered all of our questions, and then stayed right until the end of the day while we tended to some other appointments so that we were able to come back and close the sale.Eric and the staff of 500 Plus went above and beyond our expectations. He saved me a lot of time compared to other dealerships where there are many hassles.Furthermore, their finance manager, Ball, is outstanding. I have never encountered such a fast and efficient loan manager. He is customer-friendly and directly helped me with the loan application process, without any complications. The whole process took just ten minutes. Eric, from Funfhundert Plus was very helpful from the beginning. I had a certain vehicle in mind with low Kms. When I found the vehicle I wanted on thier website, I contacted them. Eric was quick to respond. I live in Chilliwack BC & Richmond BC is a little bit of a drive. We set up an appointment to meet with Eric and test drive the 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD V6. I connected the dots later on that Sunday, I realized Eric came in on his day off for our appointment. Through the process Eric and the team at Funfhundert Plus (500 Plus) were very helpful and understanding. Any questions I had wasnt a problem. Saw the ad online for a Porsche Cayenne walk in without appointment and got in contact with Leon. Was very knowledgeable and helpful with all inquiries. Upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful, but after viewing the car my 16 daughter was buying with money she earned herself to buy her first car, the requested we had made and were promised we’re not fulfilled and the fact that we were lied to about that shows lack of integrity of the staff to sell instead of customer satisfaction.The only thing we got that we did ask for was a 6 month warranty instead of a 3 month warranty. Only time will tell if they have enough integrity to stand behind that warranty. Things promised but not followed through with was cleaning the interior of the car that had coffee stains all over, and new transmission fluid. The car was on the lot for 7 weeks and the interior was filthy and took 8 hours to clean . They did put lots of air fresheners in to cover the cigarette smoke imbedded into the surfaces, but the cigarette tar /smoke damage was left, so it would always be present. No amount of air fresheners would remove it. Their guy cleaning the car should be more diligent or trained better.After talking with the dealer since the purchase, they apologized for their shortcomings and corrected the shortcomings that they overlooked and were sincere in their apologies and wanting to make sure we were happy in the end with the purchase.Thank Funfhundert.

I had been in the market for an ML350 for some time, and came across a nice, low mileage unit offered for sale here at Funfhundert Plus. I showed up at the dealership and was politely greeted by George, who was eager to answer all my questions. While the ML was not present to view at that time due to it out being detailed and prepped, George was able to provide me with all the information I was seeking, as well as many detailed photos, to give me a better look at the unit. Prior to departing, I provided my contact details to George to let me know when the ML returned to the lot. George kept in prompt contact with me over the coming days, updating me with any details. I returned to the dealership and had a look and the nice and clean ML. Itook the unit for a test drive, whereGeorge came along, demonstrating great knowledge of this vehicle, pointing out numerous features that I was not aware of. I decided this was the vehicle I wanted, and George and I were quickly able to reach a fair price to make the deal happen. George was excellent to deal with from start to finish....pleasant, well spoken, knowledgeable, with excellent communication throughout the process, without being at all aggressive or pushy! I couldn't be happier with my new car, and equally impressed with George and the service I received at Funfhundert Plus. Highly recommended!
