worst customer service i ever experience in my life. Ordered a matress, promised to be picked up in a week coz the stock is in missisauga warehouse, after a week when i called, the girl told me will be in at most in two days. called again today to check, this stupid cantonese speaking woman told me she has no idea when and where is the matress, there is no stock available, she is being very rude and hang up on me. what kind of customer seevice is this? i will.never ever get anything from here in my life and will strongly encourage all the people who ever considering get the furniture from here stay away with this store.

Outdated selection of furniture. Horrible customer service and staff. Saw the same furnitures that I bought 15 years ago and still sitting in store. Never coming back.

Nice staffs, good customer service. Although to me their price is a little bit higher than average same size stores, but the furniture seems more durable during years use. You may get a better deal if you buy more and pay by cash.

worst experience ever. Bought this chest on July 23, 2017. Found this crack on April 7, 2018. Call Ewest furniture, the lady said they don't take any responsibility. Even not mention any words about check or repair. Won't buy any furniture from there anymore. They took your money and don't take responsibility. worst furniture company!
