Great service

I called to have my septic tank emptied . Rather than pay the disposal fee I chose the option to have it dumped on my property . Instead, the driver took it to Prince Albert for disposal and I was charged for a service I specifically asked not to get. This was the second time it happened since I've begun giving this company my business.I called and spoke to a female and was told The driver must have forgotten but unfortunately since it was taken to the city for disposal I have to pay."I don't believe I or anyone else should ever have to pay for a service that one requests not to have. They don't deserve even one star and will never get my business again."

Very disappointing. I made an appointment on a Thursday. A storm came through but it wasn't very bad here, roads were plowed and driveway clear. They didn't show, okay stuff happens. Did they call, no. I called them the next week, two days in a row and all I got was excuses and how difficult things were for them.Zero idea when they would come, just a lot of maybes. Having all of these problems and setbacks surely wasn't a surprise, maybe they should have told me when I booked that it might be a week or longer. If they had, maybe I could have made other arrangements. By the time I realized they weren't actually going to come it was too late. They left me in a terrible situation. I finally called and cancelled because I didn't want them to finally show and unload on a frozen pipe and then expect payment. After 24 years as a customer, thanks!
