Fortunately, I didn't need the alterations. However, the business owner was lovely and helpful and not once did I feel like I wasted her time. Will definitely use this business again for when I do need alterations

I called, dropped my things off, and picked up my things on a SUNDAY evening!! I felt terrible for taking away from her evening but she insisted. She did a wonderful and obviously very fast job on a pair of pants (hem) and fixed my backpacking backpack, replacing an entire zipper! She went above and beyond for me in a very short time frame. I have found my new go-to. THANK YOU!!

Very high quality, superb work. I dropped off my coat in the evening to change the zipper and she had it ready the next morning. She even went out to purchase a very solid zipper and matched it perfectly to my coat colour. It's even better than the original :) And very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I called Vic Alt and Tailoring at 4:57pm on a Sunday hoping they would tell me they could take my shorts in and hem pants same day Mon. as im leaving town Tues. They said come in now and they fixed perfectly and 10 dollars cheaper than competition. Im now a loyal customer.

I can’t say enough good things! I have never been able to find pants/jeans that fit my in my hips and my waist. I dropped off two pairs of jeans and a pair of trousers, and all 3 pairs were taken in within a few days time. To top it all off prices were affordable and fair. I will certainly return when I have any alterations that I need!

Very affordable and expedient service! My 2 suits were both tailored quickly and at a much cheaper price than other quoted prices in Victoria, plus she made some secondary adjustments and attached a button for free. I'll be back :)
